Whether you want to fly solo or live with a few friends, T·H·E GRIFF has plenty of options to suit you. Live on your own in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment or live with others in a two bedroom, three bedroom or four bedroom apartment. Every bedroom will have a private bathroom and closet space, so no sharing or coordinating schedules for getting ready for class. Floor plans feature open concepts that provide plenty of room for you to live in your shared space. Bring your friends, pick out your favorite floor plan and reserve it today before it is too late!

My daughter is a resident at The Griff. It really is a nice place to stay. It's spacious and I love that each person has their own bathroom. The problem she had was that she went online to pay her rent and usually receives a confirmation right away. Well she didn't receive one so she did another transaction thinking her first one didn't go through. She ended up doing 2 payments by accident and it took her account into the negative. Now mind you she literally paid twice. She called her bank and they were able to fix it and waive her overdraft fee however she and I spoke to the manager at the Griff because they charged her $25 for overdraft of the 2nd payment that didn't belong to them. They made her pay them an extra $25 for an extra payment that shouldn't have been made in the first place. Be careful not to pay extra. That's highway robbery. Why would you do that?
