Animal Verification Requirement – PetClear by Foxen
All applicants must complete a digital animal verification through PetClear when applying, adding an animal during the lease, or renewing a lease. This process ensures accurate records and compliance with the property’s pet policies.
PetClear is an online verification platform administered by Foxen Administration, LLC. It may also be used to submit reasonable accommodation requests for service or support animals under the Fair Housing Act, though use for this purpose is optional. Assistance Animal requests and documentation may instead be submitted directly to management.
PetClear Instructions:​
- After submitting your application, you’ll receive a welcome email from Foxen with a unique profile link.
- Log in, go to the Animal Info page, and click Begin.
- Select the appropriate option:
- No Pets or Animals: Complete a profile and affirmations.
- Household Pets: Enter requested pet information.
- Assistance Animals: Enter required details or contact the property to submit a request outside PetClear.
