This is the worst place I've lived. I was ignored about my running toilet and was told that it's just not worth their time to fix my toilet. 3 months later after complaining multiple times about it becoming worse finally one day after work I came home to a leaky toilet and water all over my floor. Next, they came over to look at it again and now they tracked toilet water all over my carpet. Oh, and my toilet ran all day and night... Now I wonder who gets to pay for the water being wasted and having the carpet cleaned...

This complex doesnt have anything together, ever. Its May 29th and the pool STILL isnt ready. Not to mention the pool size is ridiculously...

This complex doesnt have anything together, ever. Its May 29th and the pool STILL isnt ready. Not to mention the pool size is ridiculously small. The length from my kitchen to my living room is longer than that pool and this complex is huge. Our electric bills are through the roof due to maintenance never fixing the wiring correctly. Theyve come in seriously 7 TIMES the past two years and manage to screw things up more each time. Their unbelievably incompetent. The apartment is falling apart and youll wait weeks for them to even get back to you. You pay way a good chunck of change to rent here and get anything but luxury. Blinds are cheap and break constantly and youre charged $100 TO REPLACE THEM. The bug problem on first floor apartments is disgusting. Weve had ant problems for TWO YEARS and theyve done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. My floor was filled with ants and I ran to the home office only to be told that the exterminator just left and wont be back until the following week. I had to tell the woman in the office that I needed the issue addressed TODAY to get her on the phone with maintenance to at least have them spray the outside. She had an attitude the entire time. Weve lived here two years and the crime is bad. Around the area and in the complex itself. Weve watched several people get arrested outside of our window. Loud and obnoxious people rent here and make tons of noise and the office does nothing about complaints, theyre annoyed to even hear from you. We had to put plastic coverings on our windows bc theyre cheaply made and are so drafty that the heat never shuts off in the winter and youre left with a $300 electric bill for less than 1,000sqft of living space. We actually bought ourselves out of this lease because we couldnt stand to live here another 4 months.

I have been here for two months and have been beset with one complication after another. This place has the potential for being amazing with a little effort on the side of management. It has so much going for it - Great location and scenic surroundings but they manage to make it a painful experience. To their credit everyone in the office is friendly and polite. However, the politeness and consideration does not extend in true spirit to their tenants. Here is an account of my woes: 1. As soon as I moved in, I noticed a pervasive and strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming and I actually developed a breathing issue which lasted 3 weeks. I let them know that it is coming through the vents and asked them to seal one of the vents where it was the strongest. It took them a long time to get this done. They actually taped the vent last week after my importunate pleading that spanned over 2 months. They tried an ozone treatment and attempted a chemical solution to clean out vents when I told them what the exact problem was ( I understand they need to follow due process, but when someone is unable to breathe, they should at least be willing to listen to the afflicted.) I dont think they made any effort to track down the offending party who was blatantly breaching the contractual obligation of the lease as it seems to involve a level of exertion on their part which they are unwilling to execute, but Im glad to report they finally managed to duct tape my vent.. 2. Parking.. You will not find a parking space if you arrive after 6:00 PM. There is no allotted parking, so everyday is an exercise in hope. If you try to have a life and go out for the evening, you will lose your spot and will be left circling in quiet desperation around each of the enclosed parking spots in the complex till you settle for a spot on the street and pray that no one breaks in. This, however, encourages a life of solitude and quiet reflection at home which I know is good for ones soul. 3. I parked on the street which was still part of the private parking space and someone stole the front bumper of my car. There is no surveillance system and since it is not gated, it encourages charity, albeit begrudgingly. 4. The fan in the apartment stopped working. I think they fixed it in two days. I am not quite sure. It was the fastest an issue has been fixed to date. 5. They, however, did not bother to verify if the air conditioning and heating were working. I will spare you the suspense and divulge that the air conditioning is not working. I called in to report and was told that it was not an emergency as temperatures are not above 80 (It was 79 inside my apartment). I was also informed that the maintenance crew will not get on the roof to fix the issue unless there were perfect weather conditions (not too hot, not too cold, cant be windy and I think certain stars had to align). Anyway, Im sitting in my sweltering apartment and writing this review so you may consider these hardships. I lost my temper once with the management but I realized that if I nurse indignation over all these offenses, I will need to expend a lot more emotional energy which I am not in a position to spare. I chose to approach my stay here with a quiet philosophy. However, I will say this to this places credit. It gives you opportunities to be a better person. There is no such thing as exercising patience in a perfect situation. If you are one of those people who is benumbed by creature comforts and aiming for true self-improvement, this place offers every circumstance to practice it. You will learn self-control, patience and personal reflection. Your prayer life will become stronger and will develop a charitable spirit as you see the emptiness of materialism when things get stolen. I am sure you will have the opportunity to focus on a host of other virtues as well. All that said, I encourage one of you take over my lease. I assure you that in the grand analysis, this kind of chastening of ones soul is cheap at any price and more so for the amount you pay in rent.

I've lived at Easton Commons for 2 and a half years. The first year and a half weren't too bad, meaning I didn't have enough problems to want to move out. However, I've had so many issues this year that I feel it's necessary to warn anyone interested in living here about how awful it is now... Pros: Location - The mall is right across the street and anything you could ever need is minutes away. The apartment building is also aesthetically pleasing. Amenities - There is a decent outdoor pool and 24 hour fitness center with updated equipment. My favorite part about this complex is the Package Concierge. I am able to pick up my packages 24 hours a day instead of having to go to the office during open hours to ask for packages. Cons: Maintenance is absolutely horrible. When I moved in, my kitchen faucet was leaky and didn't even get cold water (still doesn't), my A/C unit leaked through the vent (leaving water damage to my carpet and it took 2 summers to get fixed), a rusted garbage disposal, VERY dirty carpet, and 2 broken refridgerators (when I finally received a decent one, the maintenance team put a giant dent in the wall bringing it in). Noise - I can hear my upstairs neighbor's blender in the mornings, their smoker's cough and very loud thudding footsteps. I can even hear them lock/unlock their entry door. Bugs - I live on the ground floor and there are a lot of bugs and spiders that come out in the beginning of spring. You can ask the office to schedule for the Orkin man to come out and spray your apartment, it works to a certain extent. The bugs and spiders just end up dead all around my apartment. I lifted my couch up to sweep at the end of last summer and found about 5 different types of dead insects. Not a bug fan. Price - When I moved in, rent was decently priced and they even waived my deposit and fees. Every year they try to raise the rent a ridiculous amount - more than a $150. After year 1, the office staff offered to request a rental reduction to their corporate office which only raised my rent by $15. Amazing! This year - the new office staff acted like they didn't even know what a rental reduction was and then told me they could request a $100 increase at the least. Office Staff - Speaking of the office staff... When I first moved in, they were absolutely amazing! They knew me by name, always greeted me with a smile, would genuinely ask how I'm doing and even offered me coffee and donuts from time to time. I felt very at home when I was in the office or using the fitness center (which is in the office building). In the past year, all of those people have left and were replaced with incompetent and rude robots. NO ONE greets me when I walk in the office, let alone acknowledges my existence. When I have questions about my lease or maintenance, if I'm not speaking with a manager, the staff pretty much reads off whatever they were trained to say which usually never actually answers my question or helps me out in any way. I work in guest services at a 4 star, full service hotel downtown, where very good customer service is essential. This new staff has no idea what decent customer service is and they are 90% of the reason why I am moving out in a few months. Winter - They do not shovel or salt. This past winter, I had to shovel my own walk even though my lease states that it's the apartment complex's responsibility to do so. This wouldn't be much of an issue for me if it wasn't for the fact that I slipped and fell on ice taking my trash out to the dumpster in January. I fractured my tibia and have been on crutches for the last 4 months making it pretty impossible to do most things since I live alone. The property manager's excuse was that they were short staff and the salt machine was broken. Because someone was too lazy to pour salt on common areas of the complex, my life has been severely impacted. Now with the nice weather, all I see are guys with leaf blowers and lawn mowers outside. They do what is most convenient for them and they couldn't care less about their residents in this regard.

(4 months, really) 6) Loose concrete stairs, and no ice or snow removal. 7) Never repair anything, mold and ceiling leaks. 8) Water leaks out of wall from window leaks. 9) Seriously Weak management, always deflecting, never their problem, months for a resolution. 10) Mold issue in water leaks, July 12, 2017 occurance. Generally beautiful area to live in, the apartments are nice on the inside. It's also great that they have a gym, although the treadmills are frequently out of order. Scenic view, beautiful architecture. However, they have terrible customer service and really bad (super slow inefficient) problem resolution. They take extremely long to fix any maintenance issues, and they truly do not make their residents feel like a priority. For example, the bulbs used in the rooms are incandescent and use up so much electricity, and whenever any of the bulbs are replaced they get busted right away. They also take ETERNITY to respond to maintenance issues.... which is a surprise given that I see maintenance representatives roaming around all day installing other things that will benefit the complex but will not necessarily have an immediate effect on the resident (eg. secondary smoke sensors aside from one that is already present in the apartment). Moreover, their windows are frail and many are broken (double-paned windows). Even though I have told them time and time again since I moved here almost 3 months ago that the double-paned windows had a leak and are therefore making my heater practically useless and increasing my electric bill immensely, they did nothing to repair infrastructure that had already been damaged before I started my lease. This is not only disappointing, but it is also extremely disrespectful, especially given the price of this place. This place is definitely NOT WORTH WHAT I PAY FOR. This is evident because of the extent I went through just to get these issues fixed--here's to hoping someone (anyone) who is in charge of their customer service / maintenance / any leasing consultant will see this review and solve these long-standing high-impact issues. Well it looks good on paper but living here was a mistake. The area is getting ghetto pretty fast. So expect a lot of cops running around and a lot of crime near by. The living situation isn't always great. Cheaply made and somewhat over priced for what its worth. The staff don't care if you complain. I complained about how the maintenance people, keep being loud and obnoxious, also they love to peep onto your apartment. I complained to the staff and they didnt even care and not very helpful. Instead they told me I could move to a different apartment for a $500 fee. Like why would I pay more money to just switch apartment all because the their own maintenance staff is being ridiculous. The gyms equipment is half broken. Also the parking situation is ridiculous. Don't expect a parking space after 8pm. Its sad you're paying to live their, yet you can't park anywhere. Just run away and find a better place while you can. Easton commons is not recommended. Also I noticed a lot of people moving out ever since the mall area has been getting more and more ghetto.

Terrible living experience. You don't get to see 'your' apartment before you move in, you see a nice model. And then when you move in screens are torn, blinds broken, doors in poor condition with dents. The toilet in my apartment didn't function, had to get that fixed. Everything is of very cheap quality, paid 900/mo for a cheap, broken 700 sq ft. Amenities were not taken care of, gym equipment broken for years. Almost impossible to park after 7 pm. Zero enforcement with parking. Staff is incompetent and lack any amount of customer service. Very noisy with staff driving around on golf carts driving right beside your window. When I complained about these issues and my dissatisfaction I was offered a choice to upgrade to a more expensive apartment in a different location. But my rent would go up and I would have to pay a $500.00 moving fee. So I said forget that and I got out of there. Walking distance was nice, however Easton mall is going down hill fast and getting dangerous.

This is my second year in this apartment. The only good think here next to mall and shopping centers Othervise rent should be $500-600 here. Gym stuff since broken 2016 they never fix but they don't keep hanging it is out of service sign. There is almost 530 units they are taking tons of money but they are spending nothing for maintenance or remodeling. I am waiting my damn lease will expires and leave here asap. Crime is high here , people steal your packages in front of your door and they break your door too. Inside the buildings are dirty they never clean, (they clean when they have a corporate visit), they hire new ladies at the office they are not friendly and so rude. There used to be a big parking problem but we don't have it anymore people moving out and no one move in. Inside the apartments amenities are old they break easy and not enough skill to fixed by maintanence. I am payin almost $1100 and be honest I should pay $650 for this unit. There is so many new apartments I will move there.

Since Tuesday 05/16/17 I have been without air conditioning. Went into the office first thing on Tuesday when I realized my air wasn't cooling...

Since Tuesday 05/16/17 I have been without air conditioning. Went into the office first thing on Tuesday when I realized my air wasn't cooling the apartment. The agent in the office let me know that is an issue with all of the buildings at the current moment. That "It's been too cold to add freon and they are getting to it." Its May..... Was told that the issue should be fixed by Friday 05/19/17 and if they can't get it resolved by then there would be a contractor out Monday 05/22/17. In the mean time I just had to deal with living on the 3rd floor while temperatures are 80 plus. Still dealing with the temperature issue noticed Thursday 05/18/17 that the thermostat was sparking, right away went into the office and let them know that. Was told they would get on it. Got home Thursday night, no one had been there and the thermostat was still sparking. Called the office Friday 05/19/17 around 11am to remind them that my thermostat was sparking and I would not be responsible for any damage since i told them yesterday! Said they would get someone over to take care of it. Went home for lunch at 2pm and still no one and been there to take care of the thermostat. Went into the office to tell them again, and was told someone would be there before the end of the day. I have lived in the commons since October of 2016 and have had no complaints. Had the garbage disposal go down and they were out within the hour to fix it. Only issue can be parking at times but that is it until this week. How they are handling the air situation is horrible. They seem to not care about the tenants living in the apartments. Wanted to do a separate review but I can only edit my previous one. However, today 10/5/17 I got the pleasure of dealing with yet again another problem. The Lock to my door broke, one of the pins fell inside the lock and I was unable to unlock the door. This itself is not a big deal. Just called the complex at about 11am to let them know about the issue. Went home at 4pm to the door still broken. Went into the office and the agent gave me a simple you are on the list..... I said excuse me? On the list? This is an emergency I need in my apartment, maintenance has had all day to get there I need someone to let me in my apartment. The agent still not really showing any empathy texted maintenance. And we will see how long it takes to get fixed.

Where to begin, parking is a nightmare, I mean all times of the day unless its 9am and everyone is leaving. You cannot park in SO many areas around the actual complexes because you will get ticketed and cannot get out of paying I tried. The construction that goes on constantly is a nightmare because your bedroom window is right by the walkway so be prepared for a wakeup call from a mechanical piece of equipment almost DAILY! The staff on golf carts!! BEWARE....they drive like idiots, go the wrong way on the round abouts how I didn't end up committing vehicular manslaughter is astounding because they fly around ive almost been hit dozens of times. The rent hikes after 3 years was outrageous and the fees they tack on for the most random things is bizarre. I loved the location because I worked close and a few staff members in the office were great but other than that, nothing to get too excited about.

Poor infrastructure every time it rains there is water coming through one of my windows and over 2 month requesting to be fixed, STILL awaiting. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend at all.

If you want an apartment that is close to shopping, then this is the location for you. If you want an apartment where you have to put your closet doors and window screens in on your first day, then this is the apartment for you. If you want to live somewhere that maintenance walks into your apartment while you're unpacking boxes because they neglected to do the final walkthrough the day before you pick up your keys, then this is the place for you! If you want an apartment where you can clearly hear your neighbors through the walls and ceiling, then this is the place for you. If you want an apartment where no one walks with their dog on a leash and their dogs run at you while barking, then this is the place for you. If you want to live somewhere where half of the dog owners leave dog poop everywhere (when there are clean up bags provided), then this is the place for you. If you want to live somewhere you can't park after 5:30pm, then this is the place for you. If you want to live somewhere where they say 'come talk to us if the rent renewal is more than $10' and waits a month and a half to tell you they won't work with you when they want to raise your rent $40 (leaving you 5 days before you have to give notice of leaving), then this is the place for you. However, the best part about Easton Commons is that the day they send you the move out inspection they will send your information to collections within 10 days. Not 10 days after you would have received the letter, not 10 days after they mailed the letter, no 10 days from the date of the letter... which is not sent the same day. So in summation, if you want to live somewhere where you can walk to everything, but will have at least 2 frustrations everyday, then welcome home! **edit - I would give this place a 0 rating if it was possible.

It took more than 60 days to complete an upgrade service that they quoted me 7 days. When I asked to be compensated for the lost time I was flat out ignored. Disgraceful. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

When I told the agent in the office LAST WEEK I was told there is a 3 week wait to get things fixed!ARE YOU SERIOUS???? That is completely unacceptable!!! You call this a luxury apartment....I call it a 1000 dollar a month sauna!!! The agent showed no empathy for my situation. You should be absolutely ashamed of the way you treat residents. Extremely poor customer service. Absolutely shameful. Why do you have an emergency maintenance line When the request is not treated as such? Shameful. Sincerely Hans

Air conditioning broke down and the toilet in less than 3 months of is living here. The carpet looks like it have dog pee cause it have some yellow spots. Iam 7 months pregnant my feet are swollen and they can't provide me a parking spot. Instead they tell you to paid and additional 100 for a garage!!! I paid 1000 for one room apartment. It should have a parking spot!!!They tow your car and you have to loose one day of job to pick up your car and paid almost $200 dollars to pick it up!!!!.The car was in a parking spot that was not blocking anybody neither the street. Also they send a letter couple months ago that we have to be careful cause they tried or broke in 2 apartments . This is not a place I feel safe!!!!! The pool is very little and the gym is old and nothing works !!! Don't loose your money here. They are others place with parking and better amenities for the same price. I moved here because it was close to my work and I regret it!!!!!!

I really enjoy living here! I moved from out of state and I am grateful that the staff were so helpful during my move - truly above and beyond. Anytime I visit the front, I'm welcomed with positive attitudes and friendly vibes. They were also kind enough to bring in a box that was placed outside my apartment during a time when I was unable to bring it in. My apartment faces a field and it's really peaceful. I enjoy the layout, and look forward to coming home everyday. My neighbors are also very courteous and respectful.

Have only lived here for a few months now but pretty much everything has been great. The office staff are wonderful, always helpful, and friendly. I have read some reviews about how you can hear your neighbors and there are thin walls. In all honesty, in 5 months, I haven't heard my neighbors hardly at all (unless they are extremely quite people). I enjoy being close to everything at Easton, it's nice driving less and never sitting in traffic. A few months ago, they put in a fenced in area/dog park near the parking lot. That has been awesome, especially coming from a house with a fenced in yard to an apartment that doesn't have a yard. I plan on staying quite a few years if everything works out. Everyone we have talked to have said they have already been living here for 5 years or so and plan on staying longer which has been great to hear. Haven't tried the pool yet but definitely excited to do so. They also have a small gym that has 24 hour access which has been cool but Lifetime is literally across the street (although they are not 24 hours). Parking can be a little difficult sometimes in the evenings and people start parking in the middle of the street/non-parking spaces which is aggravating because they are in the way of everyone else. It's wonderful too that they allow dogs and cats. There are so many people with dogs, its awesome. Granted, there are people that make everyone else look bad (not cleaning up after their dogs or letting their dog dig/tear up all of the grass in common areas which pisses me off because it seems these people have no empathy for those who actually have to fix things), but you'll find those people everywhere. If you live on the upper floors, there aren't any elevators which may be harder for some of the older folks but that really isn't a problem for most of the people I've met. USPS can be a pain sometimes with mail. They put it different mailboxes or it's slow delivery (this is about USPS being crappy in this area rather than Easton Commons, just figured it should be included). I have had USPS claim they delivered packages to the office and when I go to the office, it's not there. USPS appears to be trying to meet delivery deadlines so they mark it as delivered and I go to the office everyday then finally it's there 3 days later. Again, this is on USPS and not Easton Commons but it is a part of living here though. Some of the extreme reviews (giving a 1 star solely on parking or because someone was rude to them once) are ignorant. Although there are some reviews that make me nervous (mold/water damage/etc.), but thankfully I have not had to experience that. After having to deal with their maintenance staff on a few occasions (I have to round up my dog when they come by and I truly appreciate them giving me time frames to be home and not just barging in because I know he could run outside), I feel like they would handle it as it should be. There are pros and cons to every apartment complex and Easton Commons are no different. Everything has been awesome so far and I would definitely recommend living here. I hope it stays just as great and I am looking forward to a few more years of living here.

There have been ongoing renovations on building 5 (the same building where the rental office is) of this complex for the past couple months. Among the myriad of things they have done, they have installed completely new windows on the second floor and installed new wall insulation and siding. It's been noisy, but they keep construction activities going at reasonable hours. I live on the third floor on a 1br/1ba corner unit overlooking the pool. The unit is okay. I pay about $925 per month including pet fees ($25/month) and garage rental ($125/month). The price isn't bad considering I live here with 1 other person and split the rent. The place I have is a nice size for 2 adults. The kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets are cheap, but are in good conditions. I think there are apartments with luxury upgrades, but I would have had to pay extra. I can live with this. When I moved in, everything was reasonably clean. I had to report a few dings and the windows, which were pretty gross. As for the staffing, I find it ok. When I moved in, the management was in the process of changing and apparently there were a lot of new hires at the rental office. I usually try to work with LaTarra, who is one of the smarter staff. She was great at explaining what was in the lease when I was signing up for my apartment, and she has been really good at listening to and spent a good amount of time entering in my maintenance requests. Maintenance has been okay so far, but I can't really give them a fair opinion right now. My first maintenance request was completed within 24 hours, however they totally looked the incorrect things, but I attribute that to one clueless/impatient lady (not LaTarra) who entered in my request at the office. She spent 5 seconds entering the maintenance description in, which probably was way too general and confused the maintenance employee. Also, a tip when moving in is to ask about their "preferred employees" list. They'll waive a few application fees if you work for one of the companies on the list, like JP Morgan Chase or Morgan Stanley.

Interiors are put together with the cheapest building materials, the windows leak air, I pay nearly as much to heat this 800 sq ft apartment as I did a 1400 sq ft home. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE no help, don't expect them to do anything for you. They will not take payments in person and to do it online is a guess on how fast it processes and if it doesn't process in time they will charge you a late fee and will not consider waiving it whether it is your fault or not. Pool is never kept up, and either has no chlorine in it or is over chlorinated, and is tiny for such a large complex. The only good thing about this complex is it is next to Easton. If you choose to live here you are living here for the LOCATION and that is it.

I don't know where to start...This is the worst place i Have lived in my entire life! its great to be near the mall but that gets old after 2 months. dog poop everywhere its not even comfortable to walk around the grounds because you constantly look down at your feet. the exterior looks nice. the interior looks like a college campus apt built in 1991! cheap everything! walls, counters, appliances, floors, blinds all very cheap. don't let them get away with showing you a model apt then signing a lease. make them show the actual one u will move into cause once you sign they don't care about you. the staff is useless. the manager is rude, and flat out bad at her job. the maintenance people are nice but i just dont think the office staff gives them any messages because they never show up on time if at all. my toilet was broken for 3 weeks!! its noisy 24/7. that area gets more dangerous by the second it seems. i saw cops chasing at least two dozen teenagers through the mall and into our complex! parking is ridiculous. try carrying groceries about 300 yards to your apt. not fun. i feel for the people on the 3rd floor. walls are paper thin. insulation will cause your heat bill to be through the roof! facets leaked constantly. garbage disposal was broken for the entire year!!! even after they fixed it (supposedly) everytime i turned it on the entire counter top vibrated so hard it made glasses fall on the floor and the sink smelled like old fish! there was a half inch gap between my fron tdoor and the actual frame which maintenance ignored no matter how many times i called. i ended up having to fix it myself after months of waiting which didn't last long becuase i didn't get my degree in construction! then when i decided not to renew my lease they charged me $1100 to replace carpet in the entire apt over 1 stain that was no more than 4 square feet! i saw no stain when i moved out and have video and pics to prove it. they also sent me their own picture after they attempted to clean it and i laughed because it shows no stain either. the manager nicole kept telling me the carpet was completely black in that area but the picture shows at most slight wear and tear in the hallway (the most highly trafficked area)! they will nickel and dime you for everything and will only provide you poor service. don't live here or you will regret it for much longer than just the 12 months you sign for, i've been fighting for my $1100 for 3 months now!

I moved in just over 5 months ago and have had an amazing experience so far. The staff has always treated me with respect and have consistently gone out of their way to help with anything they could. The one time I needed something fixed maintenance responded within a few hours and were very helpful. The apartments are beautiful, I have huge crown moldings and big windows with tons of light, which is important to me. The location is amazing. I have never felt unsafe and don't understand the comments on crime. I've lived in Columbus for the past 8 years and spent most of that time in Dublin and the past 2 years downtown. I can truly say this is the best place I have lived so far. Dublin is fine if your content living so far away from everything and want to be a slave to your car. Downtown is fine if your willing to pay through the nose to live around a bunch of people who party constantly. Easton has been the best of both worlds to me so far. Urban "suburban", walkable, plenty of shopping, bars, and resaurants, nice hotels nearby for out of town guests, easy access to anywhere. I recommend this place to anyone I can.

We moved into Easton Commons after being there for corporate housing. We loved it during that period; the staff was friendly and helpful. However, after the management company changed, the staff got ruder, the maintenance and trash clean up disappeared. The snow removal was non-existant, and the workout facilities went from just ok to disgusting. I loved the place when we first moved in, but would not recommend them to anyone at their current state.
