The place is nice but u will hear foot step from people upstairs when ever they walk thats annoyed because the apartment have old wooden that y . So if u cant deal with noise then I would recommend getting the upper level.

I'm looking for apartments in the area and had a very negative experience here. The office staff was incredibly rude and was very unhelpful. She came off as very pretentious and even seemed offended that someone as young as me was trying to rent there. Many rude comments were made insinuating that I wouldn't be able to afford the place, despite that being not true. She didn't want to give any information and seemed highly annoyed to give me a tour and answer my questions. She definitely did not make me feel liked I'd be welcome in their community. Instead I felt as if I was not taken seriously and that I was a nuisance. The only reason for 2 stars is that the apartment I toured was very nice but after that experience I would never consider renting there.

For the area the price isn't too bad but like every one else. My apartment wasn't move in ready matter of fact they try to get it ready with only 2 weeks of someone else moving out sadly due to situations already had stuff set to move it so hoped for the best. UGh what a mistake. this place as horrible parking because they don't manage how many cars each complex can have. the reason why this is needed is a lot of these places are being sublet and have multi family's in one apartment one place near me has 4-5 cars O_O! don't get sold on a garden with a garage and ''extra'' spot because I'm glad i didn't do that option as most other people use it. Maintenance is... I mean they are here I guess. you get random text and they act like changing the ceiling light bulbs is a big deal *eyeroll* but when you have questions on how to be helpful so you can take care of something yourself you don't get a response because they don't know. My heating/air unit is jerry rigged. I had try to get it taken care of before the winter and sheesh it barley works. This is one of those places that just is ''ok'' its cheaper then the comparing places in the area because they do enough for them to get by. I wish they actually cared but, it's all about the money,I'm already after I moved in none of my concerns got taken care of. they act your a bother with issue if you ask for maintenance stuff. I just like things being fixed the 1st time I don't want to bug you, just as much as you don't want to be bugged by me. I lived in some pretty dank places but at least they put in some effort. they kinda act like its a privilege to be here so deal with it. The entire driving situation is horrible so many of these family's have their kids playing in the street phase 2 is a complete after thought when it comes to the drive way sooo many blind spots. that together with kids and random people walking on the wrong side of the street just makes it a pain. tldr: ''You was looking good from a far but now you're far from looking good.''no one cares,you get what you pay for, so/so maintenance, parking/driving death trap,crappy heating/cooling unit

Been here a year, I would say price is about on par for the area. Large floor plans (I have a 2 BR, 2 1/2 bath, 1300 sq ft townhouse with attached garage and TWO patios for ~$1300) with lots of light and nice landscaping thats maintained (yearly trimming of bushes and weekly lawn service) Units are aging though, My unit still has a non digital thermostat and AC unit is old (but works well enough). I personally have had great experience with maintenance requests. Very busy neighborhood with lots of people out and about and children. Good access to the freeways, takes me 20 minutes to get downtown starting at about 6:40 each morning. Parking is sometimes an issue, although I always have a spot in my driveway. As another reviewer points out, I think there is a lot is subleasing going on in the complex, but that doesnt really affect me. Overall very pleased with my experience here.

All Indians here live with extra subtenants which makes it impossible to find parking spots near your apartment. Lease office just cares about rent...

I have been living here from last 2 years. Very nice apartments with great views on front and back. Very neat and clean. Leasing office staff members are very nice and they answer your questions very quickly. The maintenance staffs are awesome. If you put a work order it will be taken care of within 24hrs. Love this place.

I lived here for 2 years in a 2bed 2bath apartment in 2014 and 2015. Never had any complains about the facilities or maintenance requests. It is very well located near to walmart, best buy, lA fitness and Tuttle mall. Exit to highway 270 is also very near. The apartments are calm quite and beautiful. There are 2 ponds inside, a half basket ball court and a tennis court. Swimming pool is accessible to residents in summers. I would highly recommend

One of the worst experience , the lady in the lease office has no time to listen to what the customers say and being rude with them. This is on the lady who was at work in the morning of April 10. This spoils the reputation of the service her peers have .

Beautiful facility! But the staff was very rude! Was in lobby for awhile before any of the female staff members offered to help me....

Beautiful facility! But the staff was very rude! Was in lobby for awhile before any of the female staff members offered to help me. The one who finally did made me feel stupid for even walking in there. She handed me a couple of papers (about the floor plans,) stapled together and attempted to end the conversation so that I would leave. I asked to see one of the units and she told me to look at pictures online. Wow. I will not be back!!!

My experience here has been wonderful the staff is friendly and we have only had one issue with the water heater and it got resolved the same day we got a new on... They clean off the snow off the sidewalks the apartment are very nice and sound proof exactly what I was looking for :)
