Price was fair for the units, location was great. Couldn't ask for better landlord. Quick with maintenance request. When I first moved in to unit had some issues with the dryer, put in a maintenance request and had a new dryer the next day. Most places would try replacing the bad heating element rather than the whole thing which is a pain because it still never works right. They made it easy and stopped further issues by just replacing the dryer with a new one. Great people to talk to and straight forward. Would definitely recommend. Only moved because of relocation for work.

I lived at Hyde Park from July of 17 to July of 18. The apartment I lived in was a little older, but honestly, you simply cant beat the price for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Columbia. The neighborhood is nice, clean, and quiet tucked away behind Popeyes off of Nifong. However, the best part about Hyde Park is there managerial staff. They were the friendliest, most professional, and most accommodating management Ive ever dealt with. 5/5 would highly recommend.

They dont good maintenance nor good staff, the apt are too old. u can easily find out there are water damage in each and every apt, that will ask you to leave the apt to fix the issue and they dont even pay hotels bill. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDE GUYS PLS DONT EVER THINK TO STAY HERE.
After u leaving the Apt they will not refund the deposit and they will ask you pay more than $500.

A little bit higher priced, but considering that some apartments are higher priced with less room and no washer or dryer in the actual room, I say this was worth at least that much. Also any time I've had to contact Maintenance for minor issues I put in a request and that day they were over and had my problem fixed. Excellent employees at this complex so friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this apartment company 100%.

I have lived here a little under a week and couldn't be happier. From the beginning it has been a nothing but a positive experience. The property manager is amazing. He was helpful and so accommodating. He even responded to e-mails late at night, on Saturdays and came in on his day off to help me! I lived in a "college-ish" apartment before and hated it. This place is quiet and calm. It's a hidden gem with a peaceful view of the pond and wild life. In the middle of the city it's tucked a way so you can see pretty sunsets and the stars and drive 100 ft to restaurants and stores. GREAT LOCATION. The maintenance men are awesome too. They are very prompt to answer any requests you have. My shelf in the kitchen cabinet was missing one of those plastic brackets to hold up the shelf and the maintenance man came to fix it the next day. He was so meticulous about wanting to do it right that he even when back and made a wooden bracket of sorts so insure its stability. For only being here a week I have had so many great things happen already. I am so pleased with my choice and would recommend it to anyone!

My girlfriend and I moved in about two months ago here at Hyde Park, and we have been very satisfied with our apartment so far. Management was awesome to work with and maint. has been unbelievably quick to respond. We had a dryer that just wasn't drying. They came and diagnosed within an hour and ended up having to swap in a new one. They had the new one in and ready to use just a couple hours later. Quality of the apartment is actually really pretty nice for the price, but the customer service has been the best part our time here so far. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a decent apartment.
