Look no further than Deer Valley Apartments! This was the first apartment I moved into as I took a job here. Ashley was the most helpful person I think I couldve ever dealt with and gave phenomenal customer service making the process almost too easy. When I moved in they not only gave me a garage to start bringing my stuff but fixed a couple of the loose ends immediately! I am very picky with customer service and I will say deer Valley outshined even some of the biggest fortune 500 companies they were that exceptional! Everything is very clean and nicely done in and outside your new home. The parking lots are always very well lit at night, as well as the stairwells ensuring that you are always very safe! I cant recommend this place enough!

I moved in January 2017. I may still be in the honeymoon phase, but I love living at Deer Valley. The complex is updated, clean, well-lit, and located in a convenient area. My main motivator to write this review stems from the fact that I've put in two maintenance requests so far (very minor requests) while at work and my issues were fixed before I got home from work that same day. The leasing manager and office staff are also super nice. I will update my rating after a few more months of living at this complex!
