Spent a happy year here. Very nice place. A little foot noise from the apt above but it was not unreasonable. Otherwise the place is very quiet. The building and grounds are well kept and the staff is courteous and helpful. Would not hesitate to move back if the opportunity arose. Due to the surrounding streets the area is not very walkable, but thats the only negative thing. Had no issues while moving in or in ending the lease.

We needed an apartment complex who would let us do flexible lease terms because we were unsure how long we would be staying in an apartment. From the first time I contacted Caprock Crossing, the process has been flawless and that is due to the diligence of Chase. He was one of the only apartment complexes who responded to my emails and questions. We came to do walkthrough of the apartment complex and we were immediately happy with the layout; the amenities; the cleanliness; the location etc. Everything about this complex shouts Welcome Home! We havent been here long enough to have any problems so Im unsure about the maintenance team but if they are anything like Chase and efficient as he is, they will be great. A couple days after we moved in, we had some questions so I called the office and talked to Darby. She either knew the answers to my questions or she was very quick to find out what I needed to know. She was very friendly and professional. If you are in need of an apartment I would wholeheartedly recommend you contact Caprock Crossing and let Chase take care of you. He is very professional and will do just about anything to make the process stress free!

Ive lived here now for almost a full lease and have nothing but positives to say! Hayden Properties and our on-site management team are awesome. The maintenance team is equally great. Everyone is responsive to community concerns and genuinely wants the community to be a great place to live. The amenities are top notch as well, the pool is beautiful. The courtyards are quiet and a great escape from the bustle of a university town. Additionally, the sky lounges provide great views and provide space to just relax and enjoy a warm evening. The valet trash is of course a must have in any community and this valet trash here is reliable. I live on an upper floor and the elevators are a favorite feature and is rare in non-student focused apartments, so having that here is a definite plus for heavy packages, groceries, elderly parents/family visitors, etc. Finally, Ive thoroughly enjoyed the 2-4 resident events that are offered each month, they are a great way to socialize, meet the other community members (and the adorable dogs in the community!), talk with management and maintenance. The events run the gamut from pizza parties, to wine nights, bingo, and more! By far my favorite community in College Station thus far.
