I have been living at Waterford Creek apts for approximately one year and this place is fantastic. The apartments are clean and comfortable . The complex is quiet and safe and people are friendly. Parking is never a problem. The amenities are fantastic. Nice weight room and the pool is about the best I've seen in this area. Natalie and Whitney are very knowledgeable and get things done in a timely manner. The maintenance team is fantastic. If you are looking for a nice place to live I highly recommend Waterford Creek Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE! There is so much crime in this area! So many people walking though and no security. My car has been broken into, so has my boyfriend's and so have many of our neighbors. This is a terribly unsafe location and I cannot wait until our lease is up. Not only that but the walls are paper thin. You hear everything outside your window, your doors, above, and below you. I've always liked the staff, but we don't want to live here anymore because it's unsafe and they will not let us break our lease. I do not recommend living here.

I have lived here for about a year and really like the complex. The management team is absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance and responsive with maintenance requests. Has some bugs, but management is very responsive to get additional pest control in/around your unit when requested. The appliances inside the unit are on the older side but all work perfectly. The pool and fitness center are very nice and maintained very well. Definitely recommend.

I have lived at this property almost two years. I think this staff is pretty friendly. I like Natalie and Whitney, they both have been good to my family and I. My work request and usually completed within 24hrs, thanks to a good maintenance staff. Downfalls to my unit are: thin walls, carpet needs replacing and horrible connections with weak signals. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the caliber of new neighbors are questionable. They have loud noise (music) and leave their trash all over the place.

I've lived here for four years and have had a mixed experience. I'll say that the staff has been friendly over the years, especially Kenny from maintenance. And the domiciles are spacious. It used to be a peaceful and pretty clean property. Now new neighbors in our community throw trash everywhere. The one next door plays his music loudly all of the time. People often have loud conversations outside and in the stairway at all hours. People all over your car. I don't even think we have security anymore, which was one of the perks to moving here. Also there are no stop signs in the entrance and some drivers don't understand the concept of right-of-way. Electrical appliances don't work properly and inconsistent trash pick up at times. Too many problems for almost 1000/mo. And that's not even for the upgraded apartment we were shown. I'd give three stars but I'm really annoyed by the constant noise.

I've lived at the Waterford Creek Apartments for a total of 8 months so far and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. I moved here because of the great rates and amount of square footage offered. The staff treats you like family, maintenance is very responsive, landscaping and buildings are in great condition. I love that the staff puts together fun family activities throughout the year like movie night, pizza night, game night, painting and more! The pool area is very nice and clean, perfect for family time. Also, I've seen the lowest amount of bugs I've ever seen in any place I've ever lived, but I am on the second floor and not sure if that has anything to do with it. The only things I'd say to be away of are...be aware that some units have the washer and dryer outside. When it's freezing cold there's a small heater unit that keeps the laundry room warmer when it's needed, but when it's blazing hot, there's nothing to really help you there. Another issue that could just be a personal preference of mine is that the appliances are quite outdated but are mostly functional. For instance, my stove works fine but the light that tells you it's on, doesn't work. I'd be concerned if I had children that lived with me, but that isn't the case so I look past the little things. Lastly, if you live next to the main road, there's a lot of noise from truck tires, burnouts, speeding and an occasional car accident. It's quieter at night but you'll still get a little of the noise occasionally. This place is great if you're looking to save some money and live in an area where everything you love to do is a 5-20 minute drive away. I hope this helps you.

I normally dont write a lot of reviews but I felt like the staff here (and these apartments as well) definitely deserve my time to write one. (*And Im always looking at reviews before doing or buying anything, but I dont write many myself which I have to work on changing that.) Ive been living here now for close to a year and a half and I can truly say that my experience has been more than pleasant. Even though Ive had some financial woes, the manager and assistant manager (Natalie and Nicole) have been over the top considerate and reasonable. If I were living in another apartment complex, I doubt that they would have been under such great management, so Im more than happy that Im here. I cannot thank them enough for all of their patience and for being extremely pleasant and approachable. Regarding the apartments themselves, I havent had any issues living here so I cant complain. I like that it isnt in a cut-thru location, in the sense that there arent people randomly walking through to get to another neighborhood or place. You basically only see the neighbors and/or their visitors. We are allowed pets here too, which there are a few in my building but I forget that they are here at times. Also, Im not sure but they might have a strict policy for the maintenance staff for resolving maintenance issues because theyre pretty quick about getting them resolved if you happen to need them to come out. Unfortunately, Im not sure of their names but they do an excellent job. In a nutshell, its been great for me here so I wanted to share my experience, in case youre like me and look at reviews. Hopefully this helps if youre looking to move here soon.

We have been here for about 3 months and enjoy living here so far for the most part. I have noticed a few issues. The neighbor above us works out in his living room everyday and we hear loud jumping and music pretty often. The neighbor below us smokes outside often & throws his cigarettes & packs on the grass by the stairs. Late at night people are swimming and making loud noise by the pool during very late hours. Pool is beautiful and I enjoy the fitness area, but the neighbors aren't so respectful in that aspect. Also, if we renew our lease, our rent goes up $100 which I find to be unreasonable. Not sure if it's worth it.

My husband and I have lived here for alittle over 4 years now and I can say when we first moved in we really loved this place for the staff here at the time was wonderful. We moved down here site unseen and basicly did all our paperwork through emails and faxes. It was a smooth process of moving in and they where so helpful. It has changed hands since than and we are now on our 3 set of staff and can say well take it as it maybe. I guess we are just not use to the noisy neighbors and hearing them above us at all hours of the night. I can say though that the maintance people that are here have always been nice and respectful to us and whenever we have a problem or need something they are always willing to help us which is great. As for my applicances my dishwasher has never worked right but that is okay I don't use it anyway I usually do my dishes by hand. As for other things around here like the pool we shall see how it is this year. We haven't really been able to enjoy it the last 2 years for the kids that don't live here have bullied the residents right out of the pool. So we are hoping that gets fixed this year and they are doing some cool new things around the pool area and cleaning up the complex itself which is exciting. So i'm looking forward to another year here and keep my fingers crossed we can have a great and fun summer at the pool.

I have been reading some of the reviews and I would like to say I too am not happy with Waterford Creek Apts. We have lived here for about a year now and can't wait for our lease to be up. We will be moving and I CAN'T WAIT! Since we moved in our refrig hasn't worked the greatest either but we have dealt with it. Plus last year we tried to enjoy the pool what a joke! It didn't open til the beginning of June and it was closed several times because of something or another. Than when we would go down their with our children these boys not sure which apartment they live in but they where so rude! We would try and swim and they would through a football around or have such bad language. My kids and I would have to leave for we couldn't even enjoy the pool. So I went to the office to complain and their answer to me all the time was call the police that was a joke too. And just this past week we have seen some bad stuff going on and again was told to call the police again what a joke. We are to have some officer living here near see him and he doesn't even show up when you call. I guess I will have to take my concerns up with the corp office as our office they just smile at you and sit in their chairs. My neighbors are loud and some of the good ones they have had problems here too. Questionable activity going on and break ins. The walls are thin and the floors you can hear even one walking on all the floors. As for anything good to say. I can say the maintance person we have met his name is Kenny he has been very nice and helps us when he can. He comes and fixes whatever is wrong and does it in a professional matter. And the Manager here she is nice too. She helps you when she can and seems to care. As for the assistant rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So no will not give them any recommendation and moving day can't come fast enough. For any increase here what a joke.

I recently moved into Waterford Creek three days ago. I'm not impressed. Since I've been here, I had to contact the office nearly everyday for maintenance issues in regards to the apartment I live in. The latest being today, in which one of the maintenance workers informed me that the "family that lived here before you never complained" about the refrigerator that I currently have that is not in good working condition. This same worker also stated he has only been working here for only one month; yet, he was loaded with his "professional" opinions about why the refrigerator was not working.... But of course, with no feasible solutions on how the problem would be fixed, other than to say he would speak to management and MAYBE I could get a new refrigerator in about ONE WEEK, even though I had perishable items in the freezer. What a joke! I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's sad that i just moved here, and already counting down for my 10 months lease to end. In my opinion, some of these positive reviews were not written by tenants. I checked other sites, and more realistic reviews were written and definitely outline the living environment and lack of overall good customer service offered here. On the plus side, there is ample parking, and 1 of the leasing consultants did contact a maintenance worker immediately as soon as I went to the office about that crappy refrigerator. One of the maintenance crew that rectified issues I had in my apartment on the second day I moved here was friendly and professional.

I lived here for ten months, and it has been the most stressful apartment. The place itself has been fine. But the customer service has not been great. We have had to deal with so many stresses, and the management has changed. We have gotten notes about noise complaints, when both occupants work all day and go to bed early. Trash pick up is not as great as it is cracked up to be. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
