Dilworth Neighborhood Summary

Dilworth is one of Charlotte’s most popular neighborhoods because of its gorgeous architecture, spotless landscaping, and fabulous local attractions. This was the city’s first streetcar suburb, which is still evident in the beautiful vintage homes and tree-lined streets. It also boasts the gorgeous Latta Park. Though it may look historic, this neighborhood is certainly not for the oldies. There are plenty of delicious restaurants and quirky shops to enjoy nearby. Though the homes here are on the higher end, it’s one of the most beloved areas to live in because of its safety level, aesthetic appeal, and numerous things to do.

Each month, using over 1 million Rentable listings across the United States, we calculate the median 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rent prices by city, state, and nation, and track the month-over-month percent change. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
