-Central monitoring security system
-Central air conditioning and heat
-Parking (1 vehicle per resident)
Costs:
-$600/month rent
-Utilities split evenly among all housemates, typically $85-$125/person/month (varies by season and occupancy)
-Estimated all-in: ~$685-$725/month, which is well below comparable housing options in Charlotte
-Security deposit: 1 month's rent, due at lease signing
-Utilities due the 20th of each month
