As you enter the front door of this apartment you are greeted by high ceilings, and loads of natural light from the windows facing Vanderhorst Street. The living room and dining area are open and airy, making the space feel even bigger than it actually is! The dining table offers seating for up to six people and is the perfect place to entertain friends, enjoy a home cooked meal, or spread out and work from home! The living room features a comfortable sofa, large Smart TV, decorative fire place, and a desk and chair to accommodate any work from home needs! In the hallway just off the living room is the full bathroom. This beautifully updated bathroom offers a hotel-like feel with a tile shower and large vanity. The kitchen has been recently updated as well to feature gorgeous countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space! The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The spacious bedroom features a Queen size bed, comfortable chair for reading or relaxing, a dresser for storage, and a walk in closet. Hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with a $250 per pet fee. This apartment comes with one designated off street parking space in the parking lot behind the home. Please note there may be some construction work done to restore the front porch of the home in the coming months.
