The city never should've permitted this to be built, and they will be reaping the consequences of that decision for generations to come.

I have lived at East Central for 3 years now and absolutely love it. The ability to walk to so many places is awesome....
I have lived at East Central for 3 years now and absolutely love it. The ability to walk to so many places is awesome. I love living across the street from a brewery that also has live music on the weekends. I have had very few issues if any and when I do the management is on top of it. We have monthly resident events that really bring everyone together. It is a great community and I would highly recommend checking it out!
After living here for a little of a year, I don't want to live anywhere else. It's conveniently located to dozen's of great restaurants....
After living here for a little of a year, I don't want to live anywhere else. It's conveniently located to dozen's of great restaurants. I've only had one maintenance issue and their guy who is on site every day fixed it within an hour. I was a bit nervous about living in a new city but the property manager does a great job of bringing residents together, from going to baseball games or having get together's in the court yard. I was able to meet a great group of people.
Lots of homeless people around the area. Beautiful building but not the best area of town.

when i first moved in, way to many kids, doing stupid stuff and creating problems for everyone.
they have all been kicked out
Samantha has done a good job of creating rules and structure for the safety and sanity of the tenants something that the old property managers (Rent Charleston) failed to do.
to sum this up
its worth looking at and i think new tenants will have a good experience going forward
and never do business with rent charleston (they were the old property managers)

As a tenant living under the new management here at ECL, I am proud to call this place my home. The landlord has been nothing but welcoming, genuine, and, most of all, professional. The same goes for the other administrative and maintenance staff, whom also do a superb job of keeping this gorgeous building clean and under control. I am beyond grateful to live here, and I am reminded of that everytime I gaze out my huge floor-to-ceiling windows!!!!

I've lived here for almost one year and have noticed big changes since moving in. The property recently underwent new management and basic amenities are now being met. Call box up and running, recycling program utilized, maintenance orders fulfilled etc. I was considering breaking my lease however since the new management it's changed for the better and I'm happy to have hung in there.
Lots of smoke bad vacation rental with family, POT smoke when you open the elevator door. Property management horrible. Do not rent this place. Unless your a college kid
