I love living here so much that I've stayed for 10 years so far! Fantastic management, truly cares about tenant concerns and satisfaction; lots of upgrades on the property -- both exterior and interior, which has included complete remodeling of apartments -- spacious, open kitchen with new, top quality appliances, lovely landscaping. Pamela (landlord/manager) goes the extra mile to ensure tenant maintenance requests are promptly met, and maintenance staff are great. This community is in lovely area with wooded walking trail along Booker Creek. It truly feels like home. Great spirit here!

I've lived in many apartment communities over the years, and Booker Creek stands out above them all, under the caring management of Pamela. Over my 10 years living here, Pamela has been very attentive to all our needs and requests, she follows up on every maintenance issue, and she genuinely cares about creating a wonderful, well-maintained, and welcoming community. She has overseen numerous upgrades on the property over the years. She is approachable and personable, interested in the tenants. The grounds are beautiful, the apartment remodels are lovely, and the maintenance crew is professional, responsive, thorough and kind. I love this place!!! Great spirit here!

Booker Creek is conveniently located to all the fun Chapel Hill has to offer. They offer excellent amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool and a great walking trail. They are pet friendly and provide doggie bags to clean up after your pet. The layout is that of a townhouse so you don't have the apartment feel. The only thing that I don't like is the drainage system in the back yard. It's neccesary because this area floods but it attracts water bugs and a higher mosquito population. Staff had been very friendly.

We love love love Booker Creek! The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful (with lots of deer!) and we are so lucky to have so many wonderful neighbors. The maintenance staff are SO friendly, quick and helpful (I'm pretty sure our dog loves Roberto more than she does us :) ). The management is super helpful, friendly, responsive and dedicated. We've been here for one year and we are very happy!

Booker Creek is a really beautiful community surrounded by nice neighborhoods and lots of trees. Honestly the shade every where is what really made me decide to live here, especially during the heat of summer. The newer models are very nice too- highly recommend! These models have a more open and updated kitchen that makes it easier to entertain guests. My one suggestion: get dog poop bag dispensers put up!! I've probably stepped in dog poop like 3 times from people not cleaning it up! other than that, pretty good place to live - love it so far!

Living in a townhouse feels so much more luxurious than living in a traditional apartment home. I have two stories and don't have to worry about loud neighbors above or below me. It feels like a step up from an apartment, like I'm almost living in a house. I also love the location of Booker Creek and how quiet and safe it is. I never have to worry about dangerous activity going on, or loud college students late at night. There are many trails around the area for tranquil walks on the weekends, and many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. Research Triangle Park is one of the best places in the US to live, and Booker Creek exemplifies this.
