Policies: Absolutely NO pets. Strictly NON-smoking property.
Credit Score: Minimum 650 (verified via background check).
Income: Stable, verifiable employment with income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent. Pay stubs will be requested for verification.
Rental History: No prior evictions or bankruptcy filings. Must provide proof of on-time rent payments for the last 6 months (e.g., bank statements, Zelle/Venmo/online portal receipts, or landlord ledger).
Co-signers: Not accepted.
Application & Viewing Process
Viewings are scheduled by appointment only.

Review: Once the pre-screening form is received, we will contact you to answer questions and schedule a private viewing.
