Ive been living at 743@ Howell Mill for about 2 months now. I love the neighborhood, its a nice modern renovated apartment. With the current apartment market in Atlanta, it was the best option for me. My experience so far has been amazing! The minor issues Ive had, management has been right on top of it and communicated with me every step of the way towards a solution. Life happens, and my AC unit recently went out. Within an hour, I had a temporary unit in my apartment. The next day, maintenance checked my unit, saw the issues, and unfortunately had to order a brand new one to installed. But it was expeditiously handled and Im very happy about how quickly things were resolved. Ive lived in other apartment complexes in Atlanta where issues have taken WEEKS to resolve, management never has answers, given the run around etc . I was triggered and nervous when it initially happened but management helped me to feel confident that things would get fixed and a solution to the issue was top priority to them. Im glad to be a resident here because management is very accommodating, polite, and responsive, especially via email. Good customer service & property management is hard to come by in this city and Im glad to live in this community.

5 Stars! Our expectations have been exceeded from the first showing to our swift move in. We couldnt have done it without the two BEST agents in the office Gisella & Yolanda! They made sure everything was perfect. We secured our property in less than a week and I have never felt more at home and in a safe environment. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality and going over and beyond for our company. We are blessed to be apart of the 743 Community. I have attached one picture of our unit just for privacy/security purposes but this community and inside of the units are definitely a GEM! Entire apartment is remolded to PERFECTION. Stainless steel appliances and up to date HVAC system: Thank you again guys.

Where can I start! First the property itself is a nice quaint place the sq footage is a little small but great looking apartments ,amazing location ,and an amazing staff! Gisella made me feel like I was VIP from the moment I walked in. Definitely top on my list for my next apartment home! I really think Im going to feel at home here

So, my initial rating was 1 star due to various issues, but I am trying to give this new management team a chance. So far are they are addressing concerns quickly and helping properly maintain the property. So, I am happier knowing someone is TRYING.
