Lived here in 2016 and never got around to reviewing until I looked at moving back to Atlanta. I loved the layout and thought the price was fair compared to other apartments closer to Atlantic station. Personally I loved having stairs and decent sized closets. A couple of major cons though: 1) Bugs! We had terrible ant problems that seemed straight out of a horror film. Woke up one day in November to find my water bottle covered with ants, my cats food bowl covered with ants, her water bowl surrounded with ants. No amount of exterminator grade Advion ant bait would end the swarm of ants. Also had cockroaches in the hallways and in the hallway light fixtures (not a great impression for bringing people over). 2) Exiting the parking lot during rush hour was not great. There wasnt a signal to allow us out so Id end up waiting 2-5 minutes depending on traffic to make my left turn. 3) People complain about noise and we hear our next door neighbors arguing pretty regularly. Strangely enough my roommate in the Chelsea layout 2br/2bath apartment couldnt hear me play music in my room.

I have been living here for a couple years and the new team in the office are hands down THE BEST!! Ryan from maintenance helped me with my package on top of always coming to check up on all request. Robert in the office has also been a huge help in assisting me with various things such as my latest renewal. Thanks Renew Midtown -Happy Resident

I am pleased so far. From the beginning Robert ensured the leasing process was delivered professionally, smooth and with care. All my concerns are still addressed fully when speaking to any of the current office staff. Maintenance staff Greg and Ryan are very kind, helpful and not to mention skilled at their jobs and quick. All the issues in my apartment were fixed and followed up on by Ryan love the teamwork!
