LOVE LOVE LOVE! I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! The entire staff is so friendly and know you by your first name. There is a very warm environment. Every month, they give away a new free book which you can pick up at the leasing office. There are also three activities that are organized as a way to socialize with other people living at Walton (breakfast, ice skating, etc). I believe they also reimburse some activities going on in the city (zoo, aquarium, etc). The apartments are walking distance from the Westside Provisions Market which has lots of cool places to get food, coffee, clothes, drinks, etc. Walton has an INCREDIBLE gym and fitness centre with a private little pool. On the top floor there is a common room that is a great place to watch tv, study or simply lounge with friends. The roof is another great place hangout with friends, BBQ and lookout at the city (especially at night the view is spectacular). There is also a little courtyard and a cool coffee shop on the first floor with tons of outdoor seating. I always felt safe at Walton. There were some issues in the area with break-ins about a year ago but Walton immediately took precautions by hiring extra security staff and installing more cameras (amongst other things). Also, all the apartment doors have two locks, one of which only unlocks from the inside. Walton has lots of services in place that are super convenient for busy people. For instance, they have a dry cleaning service on the 5th floor and a great mail/delivery service (especially after hours). They are even in the midsts of installing a robotic concierge service as well. Overall, they are constantly improving to ensure a more comfortable and easy living environment. The apartments are modern and clean. They are pet friendly too. The only negative would be that the apartments are beside the railroad which can be loud at first. However, it doesn't take long to get used to it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is a young professional looking to live in the midtown area.

I have lived here for a year and my fiance has lived here for 3 years. We have been extremely pleased with our experience at Walton Westside, from the quality of our apartment and well-maintained amenities to wonderful community events that bring the residents together. I have never ever had a problem with maintenance, the office staff is out of this world, the gym is never too busy to get work done, and there are plentiful dining options within walking distance from the apartment. MaryBob at the office has done so much for me fiance and I though the years and I am so thankful for the experience I've had living here. Everyone here truly made us feel like family.

The only reasons I would ever leave Walton Westside are if I were forced to leave Atlanta for personal or professional reasons, or when I ultimately decide to buy a house. I never want to live in another apartment complex than this one! Apartment seems well-built and have had very few maintenance issues whatsoever. They come in for periodic maintenance (changing air filters, replacing smoke detector batteries, etc.) so I never have to request these things and have never had a major issue. Maintenance is always willing to work with my night-shift schedule. At one time there was an issue with the hypersensitive fire alarms, but management was very responsive and the issue has been resolved for almost a year now. Management genuinely cares about my residential experience and well-being. Staff know my name and are always friendly - feels like family. Communication and responsiveness are excellent. Grounds and apartment are impeccably maintained. Amenities are exceptional. Feels very safe and overall the residents seem to be young professionals like myself. Never had issues with parking close to my apartment, and I love that I can drive up to the floor of my apartment.. no stairs or elevators when I have groceries! I use the gym from time-to-time when I can't get to my usual studio- has more than the usual treadmills.. lots of free training space and kettlebells, too!! Coffee shop is a bonus. Rent isn't cheap, but that's expected based on the location in up-and-coming West Midtown as well as the understandable demand to live in a modern, quality apartment community. Overall I feel it is a good value for what I pay. I'll definitely be renewing for a third year.

We've lived here for about 15 months. Out of all the apartments I've lived in, this one truly stands out. It is evident that the owners care about the building and the residents. The management communicates clearly and frequently with updates about the property. I think what my wife and I appreciate the most is that the building is continuously being updated and improved. Maintenance comes quickly and is easily requestible through an App. Everyone who works here is friendly, and they are always willing to assist us. The grounds and amenities are amazing and well maintained. The coffee shop downstairs is staffed with friendly people and brews a delicious cup. We are able to walk to several great restaurants and shops. Originally, we planned to live here for only a year, but after a great experience, we decided to stay here for the foreseeable future.

I have lived here for almost 18 months, and I love it. The construction and finishes of the apartments are so much better than most complexes in the area, as if the builder clearly tried to make a nice and well thought out community. The granite, white subway tile, brushed steel finishes are all beautiful and stand up to normal wear and tear more than other places I've seen. Unfortunately I have to move do to a large rental increase (I was an original renter right after the building was finished), and I want to move closer to the Beltline. In my rental search around the area, it is clear that other 1-2 year old buildings are not nearly as well built- caulking separating, loose door hinges, etc. WW has easy access, nice management staff, and the coffee shop in the building as other pluses. The few "negatives" that I have seen are 1) the fire alarm is VERY sensitive. Unfortunately with the number of times that it has gone off for the whole building, I know that many tenants ignore it, which is obviously not good. It usually goes off for a reason, but very minor reasons. 2) The train is loud, but I've tuned it out and it really doesn't bother me. 3) Maintenance is excellent in terms of responsiveness, but I have found that the management staff takes awhile (few days) to get back to me for the few questions I've sent via phone or email. Overall the negatives in no way deter from the fact that this is a wonderful place to live, close to the interstate and some fun restaurants, and I will miss living here.
