I lived in Beechwood during my master's program at UGA and it was the best experience! From the staff in the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone was completely awesome. Not only was the property very well maintained, the gates ALWAYS worked, I was in a great location and it was quiet. If I didn't have to leave to come to Atlanta I would still be there today. Great company and complex!

Ive always been interested in living here... up until recently. I was out and about looking for apartments in Athens this weekend and stopped by here to get availability for the next month or so. Being in the property management industry Im aware that most places dont know of their availability beyond 60 days out, however I was regarded very coolly. Almost as if the agent did not want to be bothered. She did however mention that prices were going up.... perhaps another fact that I didnt for that might deter me away. Needless to say, although my price range was not given to this individual, I wouldnt want to live somewhere, where Im immediately written off at the door.
Maintenance is kind and helpful. Apartment complex is quiet. As a graduate student, this is the perfect neighborhood for me.

The office ladies are always so kind and attentive. This place also has by far the BEST maintenance team. They're always prompt and through when fixing things. The location is also hard to beat. I've lived here for 2.5 years now. I like a few things about my apartment. 1. Great location, only 3 miles away from UGA, close to Kroger, the Fresh market, Loft, Tjmaxx, and cinema. 2. super fast maintenance responses and free. 3. safe and quite. This is a gated complex. Overall it's very quite, but I've had two neighbors who were loud on weekends. I would recommend this complex to grad students and young professionals.

I've lived in Beechwood Pines for five years now, and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, and usually greet me by name. The property is well-maintained, and on the rare occasions that I have had required maintenance in my apartment, the staff have responded in less than 12 hours. The community is very pet-friendly, too. I love living here, and will probably stay for a few more years!

Quiet and well kept, Beechwood Pines is close to everything you need: shopping, movies, gyms, restaurants, banks and more.

It is going on three years that I have lived here and have found everyone from the reception manager, community manager, maintainance men, make living here a joy.
The location is in walking distance to everything a person could use in daily life. The apartments are so well built with double pane glass windows outside noises are never heard.
The immediate help of Fred & Jeff for the slightest thing that may need repair, they are THERE!! Kelly & Stephanie up front do everything they can to make life here convenient and pleasant. So glad my realtor recommended this complex as "the only place" she would suggest to me when I was seeking an apartment community....
In the last few months, there have been developments in the quality of life here that have been disappointing.
First, new regulations concerning nothing can be stored on the top shelves in our closets within 18 inches of the ceiling
makes these shelves practically useless.
Then, the computer in the conference room which all renters were allowed to use to print off information, use e-mail, has been removed due to "fear of a virus that would affect other computers."
Final straw was water pressure was reduced in our apartments making showers wimpy and filling a tea kettle a very long process. Very sad.......

I have been living at Beechwood Pines for about 5 months now and my experience has been outstanding. Kelly and Stephanie are professional and yet kind and considerate, they always try their best to help tenants. My service requests are completed on either the same day or the next day. Part of my apartment was flooded after a heavy rain and the maintenance staff was here with me at 1 AM moving furniture and pulling carpet with the emergency carpet repair service. The grounds are also kept very clean which is refreshing.

It is a great place to live for a reasonable price! Kelly, Stephanie, Jeff and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. The amenities and landscaping are impeccable. I highly recommend!

I have been a resident at Beechwood Pines for nearly 3 years and have enjoyed every bit of my experience. The apartment community is in one of the most ideal location in Athens. You are within walking to distance to just about everything from the grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and only minutes from downtown and the loop.
The community is very quiet, clean and well-maintained. The office staff, Kelly and Stephanie are GREAT! They are very accommodating, helpful and always greet you by name with a friendly smile. The maintenance staff at Beechwood, Jeff and Fred, are the BEST. You will not find another maintenance team better than the ones at Beechwood Pines. Service request are always completed the same day, typically within only a few hours of submitting the request.
Beechwood Pines is a highly sought after apartment community in Athens. I suggest applying for an apartment early on in your apartment search. You will not be disappointed living here!

I have lived here for about 5 months now and have been very pleased with my experience! The apartment and complex is clean, well kept, and very reasonably priced. The maintenance staff is great and responds to a service request in a timely manner. The pool furniture has all been replaced since I have lived here and it looks great. The gym and study room are so convenient and are amenities I use frequently. I recently discovered the car wash and really enjoy being able to have a clean car without having to pay to take it to a car wash. But the best thing about Beechwood Pines by far is the location, you are surrounded by everything you could possibly want or need (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, the post office, drug stores, gyms, etc.) and it is all within walking distance.

I've lived at Beechwood Pines for right over two years now and it's the best kept secret in Athens, as far as apartment complexes go. It's gated and quiet. There aren't any rowdy noisy parties going on, which is great if you're older or are looking to find a place that's not completely full of college students.
I think the biggest draw of Beechwood Pines is the daily living. I say that because it's easy to live here and take so many things for granted that you're constantly fighting for with other apartment complexes.
The front office is always very understanding, and the hours are really good so you can grab packages if they were left there.
The most convincing thing I can say about Beechwood Pines over ANY other apartment complex in Athens is its response time for work orders. I've literally never had to wait >12 hours for ANY work order to be completely fixed. I've lived places where I'd wait for days to no avail, but Beechwood Pines' maintenance crew is not only top notch, but friendly as well.
The location itself is also very nice--the only downside is there's no quick access to the loop, but being on Alps is more than enough to make up for it.
I've set my standard for apartment living based off of Beechwood Pines. I'm definitely not looking forward to moving away from an environment like this one.
