I moved in December of 2016. I knew immediately I wanted to live here. There's a positive feel of "community", not just an apartment....
I moved in December of 2016. I knew immediately I wanted to live here. There's a positive feel of "community", not just an apartment. The residents are warm, welcoming and fun. The grounds are well kept and we're tucked away in the woods which brings all kinds of wild life right to our door. Just beautiful. I LOVE living here.
The manager, Bob, is very accommodating. He truly wants everyone to be happy with living here. We have the BEST maintenance manager ever, Don. Helping others is who Don is. He can fix or modify anything and does so happily. Shirley is our social director/caretaker and works hard to keep our common areas clean and inviting. She does a great job planning all of our events, too. Bob, Don and Shirley always have a smile for you when you see them. I haven't rented in years and feel exceptionally blessed to have found my way to Cottage Villas. Keeping 60+ residents happy is not an easy job but they all make it look effortless. Thank you!

Cottage Villas of Arden Hills has been my happy home since it first opened in 1995, 22 years ago. My sister had moved in in March when I saw her apartment I loved it, especially having my own laundry room. I have also made many very good friends here. We have a great Manager, Maintenance Man and Caretaker.
