Im a travel medical worker in Boston for 5 months. I picked E3 just based on location and its been great. I needed furniture and they immediately hooked me up with their usual rental group, Cort. Will and Alicia helped me tremendously getting that set, being there to get the furniture in before I even arrived and answered my million questions. I have two dogs with me and there is also a doggie day care just up the street. I can hop on the T or bus and get nearly anywhere in Boston. I am super glad I picked here for my contact!

We toured the complex and had a fantastic experience. Having visited more than a dozen different properties looking for a convenient, quality, place to stay in Boston, our experience at E3 was top of the list. William the Leasing manager was not only incredibly helpful, but very passionate about his work. If this is any reflection of what it will be like to live at E3, then we are excited to move in. I have lived in the Eco building since summer 2019, and I have absolutely loved my time at E3. After nearly three years, I don't have a single complaint about the community. Leasing office staff -- Catherine, Alicia, William, and Lindsay -- are extremely helpful, professional, and approachable. Maintenance is quick and reliable. The few times that I have had minor issues, staff have resolved them ASAP. The building and its amenities (multiple gyms, lounges, and roof decks with skyline views) are modern and clean. Management frequently organizes interesting events like cooking lessons and volunteer efforts. The building's location offers easy access to transportation as well as great restaurants and shops in Boston and Brookline. Neighbors are respectful and friendly, and there are always cute pups around! In short, E3 is the best Boston has to offer. You really can't go wrong living here! :)

E3 is the perfect luxury apartment in Boston! As an international student who came to the US for the first time, staffs in E3 office have always been friendly, helpful and nice. The move in process is smooth and easy. Staffs in office explain everything patiently and detailed. Really no need to worry about anything:) The apartment is clean, new and beautiful as advertised. Also the common area is perfect for hosting social events with friends. Maintenance is quick and well done. The green line T is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, Starbucks, pavement, Star market and lots of great Korean restaurants are around the apartment. Definitely RECOMMEND!
