I have been exceedingly happy with this apartment complex. I am on the top floor and LOVE the high ceilings! The apartment is large for a one bedroom with a ton of closet space. The kitchen is large as well with a nice breakfast nook. The only downfall is no washer/dryer in my unit but I know they do have units with W/D. They have decent laundry rooms though.
I am relocating for a job position and am so disappointed to be moving. I have really enjoyed this apartment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They have been a joy to work with. I have connected most with Desiree and Gail and both are so patient and responsive. I was in a transition of getting my pets certified as ESA animals and they worked with me through that as well as other issues that arose - each time-- not even a problem for them.
All around I would recommend!

We are delighted with our Suncreek Village apartment, with the grounds, with the staff and with the maintenance team. The staff is highly efficient and responsive. Gail our manager, is always willing to listen and helps in any way she can. The buildings are well constructed and are fairly sound proof. What more could you want in an apartment? We love living here.
Gail is extremely helpful and cooperative. She is incredibly fair. I love my apartment, I just wish I had my own washer and dryer....

I love my apartment, I just wish I had my own washer and dryer. My furniture fits in this apartment and looks so good. Neighbors could be a bit more quiet, but tenants are always hit and miss. Certainly better tenants (class of people) than in my previous place. Gail is dependable and she is always pleasant!

I have lived in this complex since 1989. Clearly, my experience has been positive--but also apparent is that I probably know more about these apartments than anyone. I believe that the current management team is the best we've had. And when you live in an apartment, that team is what matters most. Issues will always arise. You want someone on your side.
Otherwise, back when I was apartment shopping, I discovered that most of these complexes were comparable. So it comes down to your needs...schools, work, pets, etc. As a writer who lives at home...the second bedroom for an office, the views, the location were what I wanted.
Then again...now that I'm retired...the management team makes the huge difference...

There are some ups and downs to living here like any apartment complex but the manager, Terry, does her best to look into the problems and fix them. I had a huge list of complaints that she went over. There are some nice things about this place, gym, playroom and a computer for the residents to use.
Pay your rent, and smooth sailing. Love the people and the policies. Love all the dogs too :)
