I adore living in this community but when it comes to service orders They definitely need work. I put in a service request since 10/20/21 about a linking faucet in my bathroom and have yet to get it fixed. This is really frustrating when it comes to personal hygiene!! I also am concerned for my neighbor underneath since I came in one day and the floor was soaked. I usually dont go this far but I have yet had any communication about parts or anything.

To and from might take some getting used to, think 'Frontage Road First', plus it functions as insulation from a heavily traveled i40! Feels discreet driving on a road less traveled, (so much so) you might be compelled to park in reverse. Tranquilo demasiado!

Resident since Sep 2016. This is a great inexpensive modern place with every essential amenity you need. Great resources knocking at your door from Financial planning for whomever needs it, first time homeowner assistance, grade school tutoring ect. Therefore, my family and I were able to make a great life without having to spend every dollar on rent. Perfect place for a young family to get on their own feet. Management and Maintenance are just an email or phone call away, always very respectful, prompt and professional.
