I liked living at. Nuevo atrisco. I liked leaving and knowing that my home was twice as safe , because of the key fobs, needed to open doors. I will miss you nuevo atrisco, had to move on to a four bedroom. But leaving the place extra clean so the ladies of the Monarch company will always see that I respect , then rent to me . I will miss my beautiful dishwasher and washer and dryer in my unit because where I'm moving we don't have those luxuries. Farewell to all.

I have lived here for a year and a half now and I have nothing but great things to say about the management, always very courteous and informative and helpful , the ownership Listens to our concerns and moves on them as in theyre not being in the visitor parking, the cleanliness of the building is taken seriously in this pandemic but tenants must help. As far as security, everything is good there are cameras everywhere which makes me feel safe (not watched). The fact that you cant get in unless you have a key fob can sometimes be inconvenient but it makes me feel much safer than anywhere Ive ever lived. The neighbors are polite and respectful of each others property. theres a sharing table where people can leave food or gently used household items or pick up something they need like a loaf of bread This is a great place to live.

The property is at a great location, clean and very modern. I have been really impressed with the office staff because they are always friendly, responsive and very helpful. They are first class!! It is the best thing about living at this apartment! Diane, Manager, is always friendly, responds quickly to all my questions and assists me with any and all paperwork requirements. I absolutely love that it is also pet friendly. I have lived here for over a year and never have had any issues with the staff. The maintenance staff is also readily available and happily assists with any service issues. Thank you very much for the excellent service and beautiful apartment!

I would like to express that the Manager, Ms. Diane is a great asset to this complex. She is attentive, speedily answers questions and is always available to the tenants. I went to visit a friend at the complex and she was quite nice and explained that a permit was required if I was going to stay overnight. I wasnt so, she stated all would be fine. The tenant also spoke very highly of her mannerisms and stated that concerns are quickly answered by Mgmt. Finally, when I saw my friends balcony apartment, I was quite surprised by the layout, excess space and truly like the fact that it is quite a secure place to live. Thank you very much for making me feel welcomed and for the generous hospitality!!! GRADE A
