I have had nothing but a bad experience from living here in less than 3 months. At least three leaks in my laundry room, a water leak from the apartments above me. Every time I call "the emergency" maintenance line they tell me to put towels down until the next day. Getting them to fix ANYTHING is like pulling teeth. I have had numerous things needing fixed that should have been fixed prior to me moving in that have still yet to be fixed (I moved in June 1st & it's now August 20th). I have been emailing and calling and always get told "give me until ____ date" and it never gets done. Needles to say I will not be renewing my lease with them.

I lived there for seven years, my payment for the rent was always on time. I moved out three months ago, I just been notified through a collector company that I owe money because they said, I didn't give a month notice, even knowing that I was month to month rent; I called few times the office and the manager never returned my calls; finally today, I found out that he was the one chargin me with this rediculoes fees. I tried to reason with this guy, was impossible!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received after the community manager left late in 2017. I lived here for a year and my ceiling leaked when it rained the entire time of my stay here. I put in 4 work orders and have copies of them all stating the problem was fixed , but when a rain storm came my ceiling was leaking once again. I finally gave up because clearly the problem was not going to get fixed. Nobody is ever in the office to answer the phone or to talk to somebody. I work in leasing at another apartment community so I know the expectation and this is not it.
