We are student living apartments that offer individual single private locked rooms inside a shared 3- or 4-bedroom apartment unit. RENT PRICES ARE PER *BEDROOM* PER PERSON* 12month lease price: 3bed is $825..00 per bed, Standard 4bed is $675.00 per bed and Deluxe 4bed is $735.00 per bed. The Deluxe 4 bed unit is bigger than the standard. 10month lease price: 3bed is $990..00 per bed, Standard 4bed is $810.00 per bed and Deluxe 4bed is $882.00 per bed. All our apartments come fully furnished with full kitchens and in unit washer and dryers! Wifi, Garbage, Recycling, Water and Sewer is included in the utility fee of $50 per month. We do not pay Gas & Electric that is set up in the resident's name and paid by resident. Parking is an additional $57 per month (limited availability, first come first serve basis). We have a study area and a community lounge for residents with wifi, a coffee bar and printer to use, it's free for our residents!
