If I could give no star I would. Nothing but problems from the beginning. Management sucks!! ALL they care about is receiving your money....
If I could give no star I would. Nothing but problems from the beginning. Management sucks!! ALL they care about is receiving your money. Seems nice in the beginning but deceptive they are. Their theives. Their good at stealing your sense of safety and any emotional well being you may have. Repairs are not repaired promptly or correctly (the first time) . Every effort to enter your apartment at WILL is made. And management encourages this behavior. Lease regulations apply to some but not all. Keep all documentation. Make and get copies. They have a different answer for each lie. Pay attention! If you have children, keep a look out. There are sex offenders and pedophile's in area.Some even sit in parking areas and watch!! Something they won't tell you..based on confidentiality and privacy!!! Careful of nosey neighbors, as they work with management to spy and gather information on you.. your goings and comings. No lie!! This place should be a last resort. Air conditioning only cools living room and some of kitchen. There is no central air. So your bedroom (s) are just hot in summer months. Laundry area is dark and dank. Lighting is not kept up. Unless there's an inspection coming up (this holds true for everything else) then their rushing you as if you didn't contact them properly. All to get jobs done that they should have had done months ago and or done right the first time around.

i have took many issues to our new management about many weird cars and trucks parking in our lots just sitting,they don't live here or their visiting anyone. When you call the police they take their time getting over here,management sucks; then you have the nasty weed smells coming into your apartment. If your looking for great management it's not here keep looking. wildwood apartments needs someone who will come in and get the job done right away.

i have took many issues to our new management about many weird cars and trucks parking in our lots just sitting,they don't live here or their visiting anyone. When you call the police they take their time getting over here,management sucks; then you have the nasty weed smells coming into your apartment.
