Im enjoying my time at Avalon Westbury. Its quiet and the apartment is nice and to my standard. The apartment has good heating and hot water. And due to the design of the complex, I do not experience an overwhelming amount of people traffic from my building. Parking is easy near my building. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. But Ive lost 13 pounds since moving in, so Im not complaining. The club house is also nice, but Ive only used it for package redemption at this point. The location is very central to stores, restaurants and highways. And I feel very safe living here.
Nick and Steve deserve more than five stars for being so prompt, courteous, polite and efficient in fixing several things in our apartment.

As all of us have navigated through, and continue to navigate through the uncertain and unsettling times of this pandemic, I want to give a shout-out to Rob, Danielle, and Tori, of the management office, and to Nick and Steve of the maintenance staff. While some of us have the ability to work from home, these people show up. Following all of the necessary precautions, they are always willing to answer questions, or address any issues that may be of concern.

I am midway through my third year at Avalon Westbury. I want to give a shout-out recognition to the maintenance staff. Specifically Nick, Shayne, and Elijah.
For any issue that has arisen, I have submitted an online request. Within a short time, I receive a call or a knock on my door to assess the situation. Shortly after, a repair or replacement is complete. They are always professional and courteous, will say hello and acknowledge the residents as they make their way around the community. They are an asset to the Avalon Westbury community.
