I really enjoyed living here. The property was kept clean and always quiet. Mickey, the manager, was always quick to respond and attentive to any requests. I had an issue with a delivery driver stealing a package (no one's fault really) and Mickey was fully engaged in helping me resolve the issue until the end. The units are updated and parking was a breeze. I never had an issue with the rent payment system. Overall, I would recommend this place and the management to anyone. The only reason I left was to be closer to work and I was actually kind of bummed by that. Living here was great!

I enjoyed the year I lived in this place. I always felt safe, and the location is not too far from anything. Trader Joe's is a five minute drive. You also have lots of gyms around. The property manager Mickey was always very responsive with any inquires I had during my stay and it made the experience smooth and worry-free.

Living at Twin Palms has been a very pleasant experience. Having Tiffany Warren join the community as a resident manager has completely changed the atmosphere. These unprecedented challenges has shown me a different view of our property management . They have been very helpful in providing us information on how to obtain help from our government. They also have worked very hard to bring up our morale with community events. Its rare to see this kind of experience with a property management and manager. Thank you!

Twin Palms complex is amazing! Very quiet, clean and well maintained place. Tiffany, the property menager, is one of the kindest. She's incredible nice, attentive and warm person, always making sure you wishes are satisfied. I'm so happy and pleasant to have her around. I been living here 7 years and she makes my stay wonderful and more desirable every day.
This complex is located in beautiful NoHo, prices are very affordable and is close to everything.
So don't hesitate to stop by, check this place and make it yours. I love it and i am sure you will too!
