Wonderful staff and friendly neighbors. We were there initillay with the intention of temporary stay of 6-12 months, but then stayed for 5 years. Compared to other apartments in the area, they have wider and open parking spaces without those narrow constricted parking lots in the Valley. Very close to all good grocery and major bus stops, and despite that we never felt any noise from inside. We loved the neighborhood behind the apartment to walk and running. Definitely recommended for single or couple without children.

I wanted to give a big shout out and kudos for exemplary customer service by Zoila (property manager) as well as Carol Freed who works for a few properties but was their to ease my application process. In a time when customer service people in all walks of life are rude, abrupt and completeky without empathy, I found these two wonderful property managers to be a breath of fresh air. I must admit, I was a tired, fed up applicant and not the easiest person to deal with during the entire process ( after scouring hundreds of apartment, I was fed up.) Zoila greeted my upset with smooth professionalism and true kindness!. Carol Freed, well she is one of a kind, and deserves a large raise in pay. Carol smoothed over anything that upset me! She just fixed all and made it work. These two hard working professionals still understand the old concept of, " The Customer is Always Right...!" Thank you both for dealing with my outbursts.
