You really get the impression they're trying to class the place up. Be prepared to lay down $500 as a deposit before they even accept your application. They're looking for better people, and a LOT of people have left lately. In fairness, there's a new elevator, and Ashley is a lovely person, bless her heart. Here's the downsides; - No pets allowed, but almost everyone has a dog anyway. - The walls are thin. - There's a fairly decent risk of roaches, so stay clean. - The floors and ceilings are also thin. So you might be unlucky enough to be living under the Russian couple that stomps around at midnight on a Wednesday. - Absolutely nothing no object on your deck must be taller than the deck railing. Except when anyone else does it. - Absolutely no hanging anything from the rail of the deck. Except when anybody else does it. - Parking is odd, but available. - On Wednesdays a guy comes to use a leaf blower...on the carpets in the walkway. At the end of the day, it's not a bad place. The washers and dryers can be paid for with an app, and it's two doors down from 7-11 if you get munchies.
