The one month that I lived at Barcelona Apartments was the absolute worst decision of my life. I was hoodwinked by Clayton into accepting an apartment that turned out to be infested with bugs, and I was put across from a tenant who kicked and punched his door in. The tenant would slam his door so loudly whenever he entered and left the apartment that it reverberated throughout my apartment, and then he would shout nonsense. Since I feared my safety and could no longer tolerate the bugs and loud door slams, I left and was charged an outrageous termination fee by Diane and her company, Case & Associates. Do not ever deal with Case or Barcelona Apartments-it is not safe, it is not clean, and it was the most incompetent and unprofessional management that I have ever dealt with.
