Outside of that apartments are extremely outdated and there are no added Amenities for kids or for "special event's" if needed. I would rate these apartments -8 Stars.

I turned in my 30 days and recieved a bill saying I didn't turn it in, but spoke with someone on the phone about it and they said it was there, but then when I spoke with the manager she said it wasn't there. I had someone break in my car. Maintenance took two weeks to do anything. There was always an issue with everything. You get what you pay for.

I've discovered a few bed bugs, multiple plumbing issues, toilet flooding, faucet sink no hot water, slow drain, shower temperature setting not adjustable and slow drain. Carpet stained...cabinets dirty, doors scratched and warped none of them lock. The office will charge $100 for sending someone to address the bug issue and $75 to send someone to address toilet flooding issue. Keep looking unless you want consistent problems.
I been here over a year now, no complaints at the moment.
they have bed bugs and they have mold and restrooms leak the the apartments below and its never the complex's fault your stuck to deal with it and suffer
