Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom missing, tiles missing in bathroom, we have no bedroom door, no closet door, bedroom window glass popped out, hallway smells like garbage and weed, and management is VERY unorganized.
Detailed Review:
It was 3 months passed move in date and they said they were still "working on the apartment". We had already waited 4 months prior and couldn't stay where we were anymore so we just moved in. The kitchen sink was missing knobs, cabinets missing from kitchen and bathroom, dish washer falling out of cabinet its under, tiles missing from bathroom, no bedroom door, no closet doors, and bedroom window glass pops out. Maintenance left their tools all over our apartment and we cleaned them up, put them in a box and they are still here.
Fast forward 4 months and cabinets still missing (they said they lost them, and haven't heard anything since), tiles missing, bedroom and closet doors gone, glass still popping out, and there's a hole under our sink where the nasty smell of our neighbor's apartment leaks through.
Manager seems nice, but really just tells you what you want to hear then does nothing. She even said she reimburse us for our first month because it was unlivable but it never happened, she just wanted me to leave her alone. After telling them again and again, making a list of what needed done, and not seeing the maintenance man for 3 months, I would say that this is how we're going to live out our lease.
It's definitely not worth paying $650 a month when I could pay that elsewhere and have a complete apartment. **WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE**

Cleaned their nasty carpets for a year. Most of them needed replaced though. Went well for a year until the dippy lady in the office got fired and replaced with someone even worse. Then they got behind on payment and would schedule and then not be ready and have to cancel after I was already there. I was working with them and tried until they started complaining about their awful carpets not coming clean. Then I got an attitude and lost the account. Lol. Oops.

Seriously the worst management. Apartment wasn't complete on moving date and 2 months later still isn't complete. Lady in the office is extremely rude and isn't good for anything.
Mgmt disappointing. Closes early frequently if you go by the above listed time of business. Proper not well maintained

I lived here for over a year. The apartment had more than a few problems while i lived there, one being so bad that the maintenance had to use a jackhammer in the hallway to fix the problem. They didn't fix up the hallway for over a week. Another time, Our shower had broken, and they started to fix it the moment we called them, but didn't come back for 3 weeks to fix it. For 3 weeks, my 3 roommates and I had to find places other than our apartment to shower. Another time, we had problems with our dishwasher, and maintenance fixed it right away, but left the dishwasher standing out of it's compartment, and never came back to fix it. On a few occasions, our AC/Heat broke. The apartments feel homey, but the maintenance and management need quite a bit of work. The apartments need to be kept up better.

Carpet always had this smell we couldnt get rid off.bathrooms are the worst. When we tried to move out early. They say i have to pay the reminding year thats on contract. Please reconsider before sighing that paper.
