TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE MY DISHWASHER HASNT WORKED SINCE I HAVE LIVED HERE AND VARIOUS OTHER THINGS I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE APRIL 2017 AND GUESS WHAT NOTHING IS FIXED THEY ARE TOO CHEAP TO EVEN PAVE THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT COMPLEX SO YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH VARIOUS POTHOLES AND OBSTACLES TO GET HOME BET IF YOU DON'T PAY THE RENT THEY WOULD COME OUT BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ALL THEY WILL DO IS LIE TO YOU! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AND OWNERSHIP OF ROCO REALESTATE!!!

I would NOT recommend this headache of an apartment complex to anyone but an enemy. First of all, these apartments are not worth nearly what they charge. The cabinets are still the same as they were from 70's, they claim renovations were done however I see nothing but eggplant paint over walls that have several poorly patched up holes. If you want some type of maintenance work done you'll have to threaten to put your rent money in ESCROW. Next, the bad children are the worst out here. Also, EVERYONE in the rental office staff lacks the CREDIBILITY and professionalism needed to successfully lease apartments. I can't wait until my lease is up in December. I wish I could RECLAIM MY TIME!

Horrible management very unprofessional and ghetto. Takes weeks to fix something. Took them two weeks to replace my refrigerator and close to a week to fix an overflow water issue in my apartment so now my kitchen floor is ruined. Was charged a late fee even though i paid early. Ive had money taken out of drop box before therefore id advise people not to leave their money in the dropbox. They need to focus more on cleaning the place up and getting all the drug users and sellers out of here ive had my apt broken into twice. The laundry facilities are horrible found bed bugs in one of the dryers. One of my friends cars was broken into and i know neighbors ans friends in the same complex that have issues with the same thing. It was alot better under the old management everything got fixed on time and the place was clean. This Place is a joke..

Well i am currently a tenant and will be moving out June 30th 2016 due to bad maintenance. Poor communication. My apartment flooded 3 times and they came to repair my ceiling but never came back to finish, so since feb. 2016 Ive had dry wall as my ceiling in my bathroom and my livingroom floor is black in one area due to mold. I called and complained and they told me they are new management and didnt know anything about it, but still have not done anything to fix my problem. My apartment was not a new, my tile in bathroom has fallen off and when my neighbor take a shower the water comes to my shower smh. The landlord gave me options 1) i can move when lease is up 2) she will give me half off july rent if i choose to stay and renew my lease and they will fix it and 3) I can go to another apartment but at the time it was only 2 bedrooms available and 200 more then i pay. So basically i cant get anything fixed cause i decided to move. Bad options and bad decisions. I wouldnt have moved if the problem was fixed but oh well good luck to the next victim they get with this property
