I have been living here going on two years and I love it a bit pricey but it is quiet any time I have any issues I put a ticket in and maintenance comes quick. My children are comfortable outside is always clean, I have no issues with my neighbors. The school is amazing walking distance.

VERY SATISFIED . Maintenance was very helpful with working with me in only hours to fix the issues in my unit. Michael, the manager, called me personally to make sure everything was done. My building is very quite and custodial staff keeps it clean at least twice a week. To get issues resolved, just reach out to management and maintenance. This is only my experience.

It was a nice place at the beginning, and then things just started falling apart. Not sure if it was because of the people who lived there before, or just maintenances fault, but it got annoying having to fix things by myself. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from every apartment so it was always very loud. I do like how spacious the apartment is, and i love the updated appliances. Some staff were friendly others were very rude and unprofessional.
