I have lived here for nearly a year and a half. I love that its quiet, lots of parking. Love that its surrounded by trees and close to the shops and restaurants but the best part of this complex is the maintenance team. I have never had a better maintenance man than George. He is always kind and they resolve issues quickly. Weve never had it take longer than a few hours to address our needs. I would give George 6 stars if I could.

There was a wonderful experience to live in the Seminary Roundtop Apartments, it was the first house we lived in the US, nice and quiet place, great elementary school district, although the apartment is built in 1976, the houses have been renovated recently, no rats, no bugs, it's really clean. nice neighbors, friendly staff, specially: Manager Pat and Maintenance worker George, they always gave us friendly suggestions, much thanks for their hard working. As we are moving to another state, we will miss Seminary Roundtop Apartments.
