Ive lived her for around a year now and just renewed my lease for another year. My initial move was extremely rocky with some unforeseen circumstances keeping me out of my apartment for a couple weeks. Cole was very communicative and went above and beyond for me, especially considering I was extremely stressed at the time. The apartment itself is fairly standard, but the improvements made from its initial state are dramatic. Cole solved all of the problems and made my experience infinitely better.
My only complaint is not about the apartments themselves, but their location. The apartment building is near the fairgrounds so it is common for the street parking to get filled when there are events going on which can be rather annoying, especially when traffic gets backed up on the main street (Como). Ill update this when my next lease is up in a year :)

The real difference came in when they brought in the new manager, Cole (to corporate, take care of this one he is a gem and hard working manager). I've lit. seen him working late on Fridays and with his own hands doing landscaping to improve the outside appearence of the place.
The changes are obvious in his short time here: improvement of aesthetics in common areas, better communication, and real caring for the residents!
If this property was still under the supervision of the last manager, my opinion would be very different for sure, or I would already be gone by this point!

Really loved being there. Cole, the property manager was exceptionally helpful. We loved our experience.
