I had an appointment today. But unfortunately the unit won't be available in the time i need it but jennifer and her partner were really nice about it and let me know upfront about the unit. They also said i should call their sister properties to see if they have anything available and still check back with them. They both were very nice good customer service.

I love this apartment! From the day I moved in the office staff have been extremely helpful and very efficient. The staff especially Neka is very timely in any of the situation you need help with and she will send you links to resource to help in your cause. Maintenance is always professional, timely, and great with fixing things that may be broken in your unit. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I really like the Broadway Flats, the building is pretty neat and the location is super convenient. They have a great management team, everyone in the office is polite. The Manager Neka Gray is such a nice lady, shes so professional and kind. I applied for a move-in and she made sure I was moved in, in no time. Shes super responsive and super helpful! I absolutely love my unit, everything is up to date. Maintenance team is great and quickly responds to any questions and/or needs I may have. The building is cleaned daily and has some pretty friendly neighbors. I will definitely be resigning a lease.
