Beautifully put together complex with great amenities to complement! The apartments themselves are elegantly styled and have the BIGGEST walk in closets in any rental I've seen.
But above all, the management team of Heidi and Landon put this place above all. Their care for the residents goes above and beyond you'd expect of someone in their position. They made living here, especially during the pandemic, an absolute joy.
Not only is this a beautiful property but Heidi & Landon are AMAZING property managers and would be the main reason to lease again....

Love living at the Shoreham! In my opinion it's one of the top apartments in the uptown area! Spacious closets, large bedrooms, very reasonably priced, clean building, and the location is great!! Very friendly staff that likes to keep their residents involved with weekly events! The Assistant Property Manager, Landon, is amazing too! He goes above and beyond to assist residents in a timely manner.

I moved in to the Shoreham in May and have so enjoyed my experience here so far. Recent change in management has been incredible. Transition went smooth and the new staff is extremely attentive, prompt, and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond for my roommate and I on multiple occasions and are always quick to answer any questions or make any specific accommodations. The building is pristine, great amenities, and incredible location - walking distance to the lakes. Would highly recommend!
