*** editing my review from a 4 star to 1. I have been trying to call the office for the last three days multiple times, leaving VMs but no response. Water pressure is literally at a trickle and at times its so low the toilets wont flush (going on 2 months). I have over 20 ceilings in my loft and only 3 of the 8 lights work because they wont replace them.
The common areas smell like mirjuana, which I dont have an issue with, but there are families in the building. I pay $3,000 a month with parking and its by far not worth it.
Old management was better. If they couldnt get a repair guy, the manager, Scott, would come out and fix it himself.

Very poor customer service. The complex is under new management. Complaints are ignored. It's very difficult to have your phone calls returned.

Would rate zero if I could... Right now, its day 4 with a broken dryer (can't do laundry), our wood floor is coming up since we moved in (8months), the oven doesn't work (no cooking), the microwave won't open (no nuking).... all for a bargain 2k a month... #luxury
OH, and no phones answered at the office so, there's that lovely fact too. Live on the street and it'll be money better spent...
