We had a fantastic time leasing with Citizen Park. We are moving to STL from out of town, but the leasing office made the process easy and accommodating. They scheduled a walk-through with our parents (who live in STL) on Sundays (when the office is usually closed, so someone came in just to help us!) and FaceTimed us to show us the building and apartment. We are looking forward to moving into Citizen Park soon.

The staff at Citizen Park has been so helpful with coordinating the leasing process. We are moving from out of state and not able to visit St. Louis in person before our move. Lindsey was incredibly helpful-- willing to give us tours of the units over the Facetime. She's answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to help us make our decision. We were able to complete the lease process entirely online quickly thanks to prompt replies and support of staff. We are very excited to move in soon!

I recently moved here with my partner from Chicago -- WOW! This place is it. If you are looking to live ANYWHERE in St. Louis, especially the Central West End, this is it.
Citizen Park offers luxury living with everything you need right outside your door. We rarely use our cars, except for work and going somewhere that isn't walking distance if we aren't ubering. From restaurants and bars, to Forest Park and Whole Foods... no complaints!
This apartment building has a complimentary Starbucks machine, 24 hour concierge, a workout room with a yoga studio, and a beautiful 3rd floor pool and terrace. The amenities are amazing. Not to mention, there is an OrangeTheory on the 1st floor and coming soon, Yellowbelly.
Citizen Park is extremely dog friendly, which is a huge plus for us and our pups! They even have dog treats out and a Dog of the Month on their Instagram.
The staff here is extremely kind and helpful to us. They are always on point with everything. (they love to throw mini parties and tenant gatherings, too).
Overall, I give my home an A+ rating and highly recommend the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit, but we're bias. See for yourself!

recently moved here from Chicago for work and during my selection process back in April, I only had time for one weekend of apartment hunting. I would say I looked at probably 15 places overall and nothing really compared to Citizen Park. From the beautiful gym, to the pool and patio area, the complimentary Starbucks every day, there is really nothing more you could want here. I currently live in a one bedroom here and absolutely love it. The closets are huge and so are the kitchens with upgraded appliances. The building itself is brand new and is located in the heart of central west end. I literally don't have to drive anywhere except to work in Illinois or to get gas. I've walked around this area for a few weeks now and there's just something different about this building that stands out from the rest. The staff is amazing here as well, I've bombarded them with so many questions and they have been so helpful throughout the process which helps me out immensely. If you're looking to rent in the central west end there is no other place I would choose than Citizen Park.

I have been living here for many months now and really couldn't complain until reciently. They fined me for breaking the rules based off a complaint from one person which would have been no problem if they had told me to my face when they spoke to me about the complaint in person. It wasn't until two conversations, an apology letter written to the woman to make things better and 5 hours later that an email was sent to me telling me I was being fined. This is cowardly and I don't appreciate it. Either way I can't wait to move out. They waited until the leasing office was closed to fine me, so convienent.
You also pay a lot in rent for the luxury treatment and can't even have your parents park for one night free of charge. As in there is 0 guest parking.

But the best thing about Citizen Park is the staff. The management at my last place was horrible, but here the office and maintenance staff go out of their way to make me feel at home. I have lived all over the Central West End in the past years and let me tell you, Citizen Park is by far the best place I've ever experienced. You would think you're staying at the Buckingham Palace with the hospitality you receive here. The workers are always extremely caring and will go above and beyond for you regardless of the request. I live in a single apartment and it is the perfect size. Not to mention the free views I get from the walk out balcony are impeccable. Cannot be more happy with my living situation right now!

I absolutely love living in Citizen Park. My apartment is beautiful with a clean, modern aesthetic. The high ceilings and abundance of natural light make my apartment feel open and inviting. I also love the ample storage, especially within the large walk-in closets. Everyone I've interacted with in the complex is friendly and helpful. There is a 24-hour concierge available to answer my questions regarding both the apartment and the area. Living so close to all of the restaurants and shops in CWE is incredibly convenient. As someone who just moved to St. Louis from another state, I would highly recommend Citizen Park.

Citizen Park is amazing. From when you walk in to the front door, greeted by the concierge to viewing the various floor plans and amenities I was taken back. I was fairly impressed with the staff being able to show me the floor plan I was looking for but also giving me great recommendation on local St. Louis restaurants and attractions, as I am not from St Louis and was in the area planning my move there. My favorite part of my tour was the coziness of the alcove floor plan. The option of different finishing was an added bonus and gave me a good variety to choose from.

I recently moved to St.Louis from a different state and am absolutely in love with my new apartment and neighborhood! Citizen Park is perfectly located in the Central West End: walking distance to many restaurants and stores, a public library, movie theater, Chase Park Plaza, and the beautiful forest park. It is an ideal place for young professionals; it is a 10-15 minute walk to WashU/Barnes Jewish hospital and short driving commute to St.Louis University. My favorite things about my one bedroom apartment are my large kitchen (including ample counter space), large walk in closet, natural lighting, and great views of the city. The amenities and friendliness of the staff make Citizen Park the complete package!

I lived in many different apartment complexes in the Central West End and across the country and Citizen Park is the absolute best! The apartments are elegant, modern and well insulated with plenty of space and natural light. But what really sets them apart are the awesome people working at the Management Office and at the Concierge Desk. They are incredibly helpful and routinely go above and beyond their duty to make your stay the absolute best! I wouldn't live anywhere else!
