The apartment is on the seventh floor and overlooks the Central West End. There is lots of storage space, with two closets in the main room. The large dressing room has more storage space as well as electric. The dressing room could be used as a small office, or the refrigerator could be stored in it.
There is newer hardwood flooring in the living areas. The apartment has an original marble "window seat" in the bathroom, offering lots of space for your toiletries. Electric has been updated throughout the apartment, with a ceiling fan in the main room.
A laundry room with four washers and four dryers is available for residents in the basement. Off-street parking may be available for an additional fee (you are welcome to ask).
This is a "walk anywhere" location. Across the street is a major supermarket. Transit is easy, with a 10-minute walk to the Metrolink Cortex station. Nearby are numerous shopping options, coffee houses, and restaurants.
St. Louis University is one block east. Walk to the Grand Center, IKEA, City Foundry, Cortex, and the heart of the Central West End.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you don't have your own renters' insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to your personal possessions.
