WE LOVE THE 3-1-4! WE LOVE TO YELL ABOUT IT! WE LOVE TO LIVE HERE! ESPECIALLY WHEN: it’s got THREE TOILETS IN THREE SEPARATE BATHROOMS because three toilets in one would be weird. Even two… I’m lookin at u BCBG bathroom. So basically, I’m talkin about this badass 2BR with 2.5BA, a bitchin kitchen with stainless appliances- gas range, dishwasher, a microwave, big fridge! YAY STL! A breakfast bar! In-Unit laundry!! And an amazing garden out back. Be nice and don’t touch it okay.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept up to two 2 cats, or one small dog ~20lbs, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
