About the House
We are renting out our comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the Briarcrest/Ridgecrest area of Shoreline. It’s a great standalone house with a private yard, garage parking, and some really nice updates for Pacific Northwest living—including high-efficiency mini-split A/C and heating systems to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter without jacking up your electric bill.
We just gave the entire house a professional deep clean and a fresh coat of clean white paint throughout, so it's ready for move-in. It also comes set up with a Ring doorbell system you can connect to your phone, plus a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area.
Utilities & Parking
Water & Sewer are covered: King County water and sewer bills usually run around $150–$200+ a month, but we cover this for you. You are only responsible for electricity, trash, and your own internet/cable.
Free Parking: You get access to the garage plus off-street driveway parking at no extra charge.

The Neighborhood
It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood just a couple of blocks north of the Seattle border. Really walkable to local parks and neighborhood spots, and super convenient if you commute—you'll have easy access to I-5, Lake City Way/522, and the new 185th Street Light Rail station.
