The main living area features a Queen sized Murphy bed, allowing for a flexible layout that easily transitions from living space to sleeping area. A TV and dining table for four create a comfortable setting for relaxing or enjoying meals, while natural light keeps the space bright and welcoming.
The highlight of the home is the sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering beautiful ocean views and the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. The home has a more classic, simple coastal feel, offering comfort and practicality in an unbeatable location.
Step outside to your private patio with BBQ and seating, ideal for enjoying the fresh ocean air. With the beach just a short walk away and Montecito’s cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, everything you need is within easy reach. THINGS TO KNOW:
-Located in the gated Bonnymede community with access to pool, spa, tennis, gym, and direct beach access.
-Walk to the beach and enjoy easy access to Montecito shops, dining, and nearby Santa Barbara.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $400/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
