This place is amazing. Theres a great community vibe, the condos are spacious and new, and the staff are friendly
Great place to live. Friendly and attentive staff. Nicely designed spaces. Plenty of sidewalks and grassy spaces for walking the dog.

The homes come with everything, all appliances washer and dryer and a/c. I saw some other reviews about the washer and dryers but they are not as terrible as some others have stated. I would much rather have one in my home than a shared laundry room (which I will never go back to!)
I toured with Britney and she was so nice I felt like I was talking with a friend and felt really comfortable. She let me know I could put a hold to secure the home but I had a few other places to look at first before I wanted to make a final choice. I stopped back by the following day and the apartment I was most interested in leased and was no longer available so now I am scrambling to find something else which I am now beating myself up about. I think it happens often because when I came back she was on the phone telling someone that the home they were trying to apply for was no longer available and she was letting them know about other locations available.
I am bummed that they dont have an apartment available in my time frame now (totally my fault) but after my new lease is up I will be checking this property out again because it really is so beautiful and peaceful. Also my advice is if you like the apartment you should reserve it dont do what I did!
