It's just too noisy I can't fall asleep because of the traffic noise on I-15 in late night and wake up by it in the early morning. What surprised me was the amplification of noise coming from the valley on the north side of the property, believe me you will hear 40-60db noise out door some days that wind is blowing this way. And the window is not double layered. So the morning truck that comes from Tijuana deep sounds will wake you up. Not recommended for people have sensitive hearing and light sleepers. I got Psychasthenia after staying and debilitated my work performance for sure. Otherwise it's an over all okay place to stay, I move from other states, I don't know the garbage piling up is an San Diego tradition or just specific for this community. Besides these two points, I have no complains.
