• We’ve remodeled the home variety of mattresses and pillow construction, i.e. Tempur-Pedic (foam), spring, foam, Sleep by Number and spring and firmness so I can direct you to the best bed for your needs.

• For your personalized comfort and a good night’s sleep, we decorated the bedrooms with blinds and curtains in each bedroom, extra blankets, two ceiling fans and floor fans.

The unit doesn't have any Air-Conditioned unit due to our proximity to the ocean and the ocean breeze. But it does includes fans

The BEST place we’ve stayed at so far!

The location, absolutely wonderful, the space was abundant and we had everything we could ask for, food, fun and shopping within walking distance!

My friends and I walked all along the coast and enjoyed all the views and atmosphere we could absorb!

My family will definitely be back! Laura and her team were amazing and we didn’t want to leave!

They have a lost and found and also a place to leave extra toiletries or if you forgot something, good chance someone left some behind!

They have Beach games, and toys and chairs too if You need a cooler they have a few to borrow as well!

Very Highly recommended!!! The entire experience was like a dream!

3. Lengthen Your Stay Week, Month or Year for Long-term Savings: Lengthen your stay to 5-7 days or a month you get bigger/BEST savings the longer you stay depending on the season. (Summer and holidays excluded.)

11. Bring your Pet: Pet rent is less than boarding costs and they deserve a vaca with family.

My recommendation is to book early. This site and others are set up for instant booking. I do sell 28-31 days every month. A reservation is considered booked with full payment. EXTRA GUESTS / SMALL GROUP SAVINGS

I offer a discounted base rate so groups of two and under may enjoy the house without paying for the maximum number of people/6 guests. Like hotels (suite w/ multiple rooms vs. single bed rooms), we charge for guests over two to cover out of pocket costs: discounted rent, linens, towels, supplies, beds, utilities, maintenance, cleaning, breakage, wear and tear, etc. The price is the same. Like hotels, since the set up, washing linens and cleaning are the same as if a guests stays a partial versus the entire stay we need a maximum count of guests for your stay.

The discount/fee is $32 + tax per person per night over two guests. Thanks for understanding.

The cleaning fee covers 5-6 hours of a one time cleaning, cleaning supplies, bathing supplies, and maintenance.

In addition to providing cleaning supplies and Robot Vacuum Cleaners, we require weekly cleaning and sanitizing services if you rent our homes for more than one week for the safety and security of our guests and to protect our homes. After you book, we will send you a reservation alteration to add weekly local housekeeping services.

Supplies and Breakage fee is $25 (so I don't need to file a claim or take from your deposit for a broken wine glass, etc).

I’ve remodeled all my Costal entertainer vacation homes with materials that are pet, kid and social safe and friendly.

My “Mission Beach Jamaica & Jamaica FLAT” home is ideal for pets as we are steps from:
Mission Beach AND Mission Bay - with a bike path, beach and park for dogs. Dogs must be on a leash.

There are dog parks and dog beaches (closest Ocean Beach & Fiesta Island) nearby too.

Dog Beach - Ocean Beach (24 hr. off-leash) - located at the west end of Voltaire St., this off-leash dog beach is one of the most popular in San Diego

Fiesta Island - Mission Bay Located in Mission Bay Park, dogs are allowed in all areas except for the Youth Campground and Least Tern nesting sites (seasonal). Daily 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, this area offers calmer waters than the ocean and sand dunes to run on.

North Beach Dog Run - Coronado (24 hr. off-leash) - located on Ocean Blvd. near Sunset Park at the northern end of the beach next to the U.S. Naval Station entrance. Dogs must be leashed until you reach the beach. Foot shower and free dog litter bags at the entrance to the run.

Del Mar Dog Beach - Del Mar (post-Labor Day thru June 14 off-leash) - located at Via De La Valle and Highway 101 at the river mouth. off-leash area is north of 29th St.

The daily rent is $32 per day and a $75+tax hypoallergenic cleaning per pet (+mandatory tax) so guests who are allergic to pets may enjoy the home too. Airbnb makes us send you a Reservation Alteration to pay rent and cleaning services for your pet.

Pet owners agree to not leave out dog food inside and outside and to clean the waste up immediately for sanitary reasons. My housekeeper will charge you $5 per pile fee to clean up after your dog.

OWNERS MUST BE WITH DOGS AT ALL TIMES OUTSIDE for the safety of all.

I also can provide doggie (and baby) sitting for approximately $? per day.

EARLY & LATE CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT SERVICES
Yes, we do offer an early 2 pm check-in AND 11:30 am late checkout services by hiring another local housekeeper and outsourcing some of the laundries to ensure we clean and sanitize every surface inside and out to make it happen. ($75+ tax each)

Yes, we would love to host you for an earlier than a 4 pm check-in and/or later than 10 am checkout!

Our team of local housekeepers, handypersons, and inspectors need from 10 am to 4 pm to:
- increased cleaning CDC guidelines
- clean and sanitize every surface inside and out (by law)
- wash and bleach the linens, towels, and dishes
- repair, enhancements, and remodel
- landscape and garden
- clean and maintain the homes with a pool and hot tub
- stage the furnishings and decor
- stock the kitchen and bathrooms with guest supplies
- inspect before and after every stay
- ensure safety items are in working order

Thinking about getting in early (early check-in) or stay later (late checkout)? You won't regret it!
