By Maria Rubio, August 03, 2018 I have lived here for a year and I love my apartment. I have never had a problem with management or maintenance. When I have put maintenance work orders, they come that day or within that week the request was put in. It's a nice and quiet place to live in. I do have to say that when I moved in the apartment was kinda of dirty especially the carpet. It was dirty and had stains, the dishwasher was hanging out of where it is located. Manager at that time, didn't do a walk through when I was moving in. They just gave me a list for me to fill out and do my own walk through. My daughter took pictures of all the issues especially the carpet. They send someone that was supposedly going to clean the carpet but it still looks the same. Of course I have lived here for a year and it has some stains but I hope that I won't be charged a fee. All in all I love my apartment. My lease is up on August 30 and unfortunately I can't renew it. I'm going to miss it. I recommend Villas of Oak Creste. Thank you for a great year.

By Anna Buchanan, August 02, 2018 Roaches. I don't live there, but my daughter does. She likes it but I see roaches everywhere every time I go over there and she's a very clean person. The excessive roach issue would bother me enough to not want to move their. Also, the lady in the lobby is a passive aggressive, rude person.

By Erivette Douglas, April 24, 2016 Overall management is really nice and attentive. Julie is awesome. In all due respect you get what you pay for. I lived on the third floor and twice I had some leaking coming from the bathroom sink. It was taken care of within a few days. Window screens are patched up with duct tape it seems but then again I never opened my windows unless I had to. I had pretty quiet neighbors and all were respectful. This was a nice apartment to live in and although there were minor things here and there I would recommend it to someone just for a temporary thing.

Under the previous community manager, Monica Fernandez, your concerns were immediately addressed and would hold community events (i.e. taco Tuesday). Now, under this new manager and staff, concerns relating to work orders, security concerns about other tenants, and taco Tuesday go unanswered or gone. If you are gonna rent here I strongly suggest you STAY AWAY from apartments around 234! The girl that lives there advertises herself on craigslist for PERSONAL SERVICES, and different men, not known to the complex, visit her throughout the day and night. On various occasions men have actually tried to kick open her door. Mind you this is at 2,3 am and hearing the loud pounding will scare the sh*t out of you. You call the police, but by the time they arrive the person(s) banging on her door are gone. The previous manager, Monica, had given her an eviction ultimatum if she was the reason for these disturbances or they continued. Unfortunately, she was transferred to another location and now this unruly tenant blasts her loud music that you can feel the damn bass reverberating through the whole building. I have spoken to other tenants within the building, and they have also complained to the front office to no avail. So beware, if you like coming home after a hard days work and listen to loud, thundering bass through your walls at all hours of the night, including early Sunday mornings go ahead and sign the lease.

The living here is awesome they try to take care of their residents as best they ca and when you have a problem in your apartment, they write a note to maintenance right away. Everything is peaceful here, its awesome...

By Nathalie Newman, March 25, 2013 i went here with my husband when we were looking for apartments, and had the WORST expierience with the staff! the young girl at the front desk( who looks like snooki) was seriously giving us the dirtiest looks i have ever seen in my life (and trust me we are well kempt people, its not like we look like thugs or something) she would not stop staring it was the most rude, unprofessional thing i have EVER witnessed in my lifetime, on top of that she was very hesitant to help us at all. We stood there for a good minute with her just staring at us before she finally said " uh is there something you need?" . We liked the look of the apartments so we tried to stay, but after sitting at her desk for about 5 minutes and the behavior continuing we had to just get up and leave, i wonder how many potential residents she has lost them! avoid this employee, unless you want to be treated like you have leprosy. i wonder how many people have had this problem with her!
