We are proud to offer modern one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes, thoughtfully designed with stylish finishes and contemporary layouts. Our brand-new residences combine comfort and sophistication to create the perfect living space.
Application & Deposits:
- $65 application fee per adult
- Apply within 24 hours of your visit & have the fee credited to your first month’s rent!
- Security deposit: $500 to one month’s rent (based on approval)
LIMITED TIME SPECIALS:
We are currently running two unit specific specials: first full month’s rent free, or receive a $300 Amazon gift card after a successful move-in! Ask the leasing office for details on which specials apply to which units. These won’t last long!
Pet Policy:
- One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed
- $500 deposit + $25/month pet rent
- Qualified service/companion animals permitted under ADA & Fair Housing laws
Utilities:
- Water/Sewer/Garbage: Billed monthly based on usage and square footage. The estimated range is $40-$70/month. To help offset utility expenses, the property covers 10% of the total bill, with residents responsible for the remainder
- Electricity: Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE Electric
- Wifi: Xfinity WiFi routers are pre-installed in each unit. Residents are responsible for activating the service and covering all associated costs directly with the provider
